I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!! They aren't just professional--they are wonderful. JR and Dante have a great concept, to do their moving and clean-up businesses in tandem. Even though I'd gotten rid of a ton of stuff, I still needed more help with trash removal. After my house was emptied, Dante's team came in and took away all the unwanted things. I needed to store my truckload overnight. The cost of this was negligible. I really appreciated that. The next day they had to drop off some things in storage first before coming to my new house. They did that at no extra cost. I really appreciated that. My settlement got complicated, causing me a three hour delay. They had to work around my lack of control, waiting for me to start unloading. They didn't make a big deal of that, and I really appreciated it. I told Khalil, Vincent and Maurice I was going to think of as many positive words to describe them as I could. Here's my list: professional, caring, friendly, strong, understanding, hard working, sweet, kind, flexible, smart, detail oriented, courteous, supportive. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!

This was a really great experience. We’d been living in our house for 15 years and raised a family. We had accumulated a family’s worth of stuff and it was daunting to just consider what would be involved. Riverfront Moving was terrific helping us plan and prepare. They did a great job packing with a crew of 4 the first day. A larger crew and two trucks were necessary the second day. Their entire team was very polite, professional, and hard working the entire time. Our move was particularly large and they handled every twist with a great attitude. If I need to move again, I won’t hesitate to call them again. Since that’s not likely to occur, I can recommend them very highly to you for your move.

Hire them any time they are the best

Call for a quick small move from one building to my garage and they were very accommodating arriving the next morning. The men were very professional, cooperative, pleasant, and dressed in uniforms. Asked if I needed anything else moved and if I was satisfied. I was indeed and would highly recommend Riverfront Moving and Storage and would hire them again if needed.

I hired RMS on less than a weeks notice. The crew of 3 worked fast, were careful, courteous and friendly. No hidden fees. I couldn't be more satisfied. Will use them again if needed. Absolutely no nonsense.

On Friday at 4 pm, I needed a moving company for the next day. My originally scheduled movers did not confirm my move despite my calls to them. I logged on to homeadvisor.com and noted my immediate need. I received a call for JR within 5-5 minutes, and he explained everything about his company and that he could move me the next day. Sure enough, his two movers (extremely nice and professional) arrived on time and were efficient and kind. I have to move again in a year, and I will call JR for Riverfront Moving.

JR takes his time returning your (follow up) calls. I went into panic mode and almost hired someone else because it was too close to the move out date since he had not returned my calls/voice messages/emails in 5 days. Once we finalized the deal though, everything went smoother than any other move we have ever made. His men came on time, they worked quickly and efficiently. There was no trace of a mess when they left. They were polite, non intrusive, professional, and best of all completed the work in the time allocated to the job. There was a mix up with the dock, the apartment building was disorganized with their schedule-Khalil, Carlos and JR did not complain or whine about it. They worked around the situation, didn't charge us extra and didn't complain. Several other movers had quoted estimates for "walking distance from elevator to apartment/truck". Not Riverfront Moving and Storage, they truly have NO HIDDEN FEES. It's been a couple of decades since I've worked with a company with so much integrity and professionalism. Will use their services again in March, and whenever we need moving/storage.

3 very nice/friendly gentlemen moved me on 8/6/17. The owner came out prior to explain everything. The 3 movers were right on time, had my entire condo loaded up and ready to go in 90 minutes, moved me approx. 8 miles away to the next town and unloaded everything. They were done within 4 hours total. Price was very reasonable (they price in 15 minute increments rather than the normal full-hour), and I even got a "senior discount". And I moved on a Sunday with no extra charges. Will refer them to others and definitely use again if I ever do move again!

This great company came to move us on short notice when another of Home Advisors movers, who I contracted with a month before the move just did not show up. I was frantic and these kind men came after their morning job and moved us carefully and successfully. They were gentlemen and I will use them again when moving. Absolutely. 5 star move.

These movers are careful, considerate and FAST. Pricing is by quarter hour and not the hour which is huge. Even though it was an extremely hot day, they never stopped hustling. The owner, RC, sat down with me beforehand and explained each cost. They also give you 10 free boxes. Loved this company!

3 out of 4 movers worked VERY hard in extreme heat. All were very friendly, polite, and courteous. Price is excellent; main area for improvement is start time (would like to start moving earlier).

JR came to my home to look it over and give me a moving estimate. He was very informative, thorough and gave me a great quote. We confirmed right then that I would use them and we confirmed the date of my move. We had not, however, confirmed the time. I told JR that I had an afternoon appointment that day so JR was going to try and move some things around so he could schedule my move for the morning. He said he would get back to me that day to confirm whether or not he was able to do it. He did not. I didn't worry about because in the meantime, I was able to move my appointment so morning or afternoon would work. As my moving date got closer, I called and left a message stating that I no longer had a scheduling conflict, could do the move in the afternoon if need be and to let me know what time I could expect the movers. I received an email of an invoice that had the date and cost range, but no time. I emailed back stating that the invoice still didn't list a time (which was the very reason I called). The response was that I am given a time once I confirm that I'm using them and they had a time slot of 1:00-2:00 available. WHAT?!! I responded that I confirmed I was using them the same day JR came to my home and gave me the estimate; I was merely waiting for JR to get back to me confirming a time because he was going to try and move some things around that morning. They responded by saying that unfortunately those changes couldn't be made but that I now had a confirmed time of 1:00-2:00. MOVING DAY - No movers by 1:00. No movers by 2:00. No movers by 3:00. When no movers arrived by 4:00, I began to panic. I called to find out what was going on and I was told by JR that there was a delay with the move scheduled before mine but was assured they were coming. JR said he was going to call and see where the movers were time-wise. If he did, he never got back to me. I called again 1 1/2 hours later to inquire again and was assured they were coming. Now, I understand delays may occur (I don't know about 5 hour delays), but not once was I contacted by anyone to explain the delay; I had to call them. The movers finally arrived at 8:15 pm. By the time the movers finished loading the truck it was after midnight. We arrived at the storage facility at 1:00 a.m. only to find out that gate access into the facility was open until 10:00 p.m. The truck with all my items had to be taken back to Riverfront overnight and brought back the next day to be unloaded. When I got back home and went upstairs, I saw that the headboard and footboard of my bed and a large box had been left. I now had to try and get the movers back to remove the furniture and box before the new owners made their final walk-through at 1:30 p.m. I reached JR, and was told this was totally my fault for not doing a final walk-through (I was exhausted when the movers finished - afterall, it was after midnight). JR did try and get the movers back before the new owners show
