They arrived on time, were willing to work with us, were courteous and polite. They made the moving experience as enjoyable for us as they could, and their prices were lower than the others we looked into. I would use them again.

They talk on the phone when moving out, want to rush everything when moving your things in. Lost wheels and T.V stand. The lead guy was the worst. The guy who put things back together was the best.

They arrived on time, spoke with me and set a clock from beginning to end. They worked hard, never stopped. They were very clean in appearance, have a excellent work ethic. They were exceptional!. They covered the floors so they wouldn't get damaged and were very careful with my belongings including proper wrapping. They were above and beyond the call. I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone. FYI ~ If they go over the hour, they do not charge the whole hour, and are very reasonably priced

They were responsive, interested in our concerns, very careful with our belongings, and accurate with the quote. They even came in under budget by $100. The crew was friendly, respectful and I felt comfortable having them move our things from one home to the next.

I moved out of my apartment and into my house on August 14th. I used Riverfront Moving and Storage to do the job. Three men from Riverfront showed up at my apartment at 9:30 am. They loaded up all my belongings on the moving van. This included furniture and other personal belongings. They were very careful with everything. They were very polite. They drove my belongings to my new house in a short amount of time and unloaded everything very quickly. The whole process took just over three hours. They did a great job. I highly recommend Riverfront Moving.

I moved into a new home. I had to get my bed frame pretty much deconstructed and reassembled at the new property. Everything was explained charges clearly and concisely. I would absolutely recommend them and use this service again!

The worked hard and got the job done. They were on time and we received a call before the arrived both times. I was very happy with the team of men who did the job.

Excellent service. Three men came the day before moving and packed all my things...52 boxes. They wrote on each box what room it came from and what the general contents were, which was a tremendous help when unpacking. On moving day they worked non-stop. I had to insist they take a lunch break. And the price came in at the low end of the quote.

The owner came to my place and provided a quote after making an on-site assessment. He was very informative regarding what I should look for in a moving company and what I needed to do about readying for a move. The movers were courteous, kept me informed of any possible problems and were willing to accommodate my requests. Overall a positive experience, although one item arrived at my new home a bit damaged, due to the limited space in my former residence's elevator.

Three nice guys move our furniture with great care. They charge by hours. I like the way of their doing things.

I called RMS fairly last minute regarding a fairly light job considering their usual,& I wasn’t even sure they’d accept it. However, they did so without a problem & accommodated my tight schedule reasonably well. They also quoted me a pretty fair minimum price given how light the job was both in volume & time,& sent me a confirmation email for my records. The day of the job, the driver called ahead to tell me he was on his way. The crew arrived within the 1-hour time window that I had chosen. They got to work right away,& the job was all done much more quickly than I anticipated & within the minimum quoted time. The crew was also quite friendly, efficient, courteous, & professional. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work,& would use them again, as well as recommend them to others based on my experience with them. The only reason I gave them a rating of 4.5 stars overall (vs 5) is that, as I said before, it was as a fairly light job & not the usual a moving job might entail, so I couldn’t objectively rank them as perfect, but that was definitely not due to any fault of theirs.

Crew was outstanding, personable and professional. Moving is always stressful, but the folks are RMS enabled me to worry about one less thing. Great job, highly recommend!

I want to thank the owner as he bent over backwards to get this move completed. There were three gentlemen who really worked hard and completed the move in record time. They really knew their jobs. This review would have been completed a lot sooner if the communication company were as efficient as Riverfront Moving is.

Great service, friendly movers, and very easy to schedule! The quote I received was accurate, they got everything moved quickly, and they didn't charge extra to disassemble and reassemble a couple of pieces of furniture. Hopefully we won't be moving again for some time, but when we do I'll absolutely call Riverfront.
