Good value for the money

J.R. is the best!! He was very accommodating when my settlement and therefore move date was not confirmed--assured me he would be able to take care of me even if the date changed. What was supposed to be a small move before mine turned into a very complicated move, so they were running late but he kept in touch with me and even came out as part of the crew to get the job done. The crew was professional, and EXTREMELY ORGANIZED in how they packed/filled up the truck--(largely due to J.R.-- but he said he trains all of the crew members himself, so that any crew should be comparable; each crew has one leader who is responsible for the organization and quality of the job.). It was amazing how they were able to fit everything in!! They were very careful with furniture and boxes marked "fragile"; they set up all furniture that they disassembled and checked it with me, including two china cabinets with glass doors and shelves. Nothing broken! We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company. RMS is reliable, organized, and professional. Very fair pricing.

The only problem I had was they showed up almost 3 hours late. I called when the time past and found out they did another move first before me, which I was not happy about. They set a new time and was late for that. Once arrived they did a fantastic job of loading and unloading.

I am so happy I hired these people! When I called I got JR on the phone, he was great, very informative! The 3 guys he sent called me on their way to my house and got there on time. They were very professional and didn't mess around. Their prices were reasonable and no hidden cost! I would recommend these people to anyone who needs a mover!

They showed up on time, were very professional and friendly, and were done in less than 3 hours. I have recommended them to my friends and family and would definately use them again.

Fantastic experience! A++ for value and customer service. We hired this company after a miserable experience with 1-800 got junk. That company is a joke compared to this one. We went on home advisor, read the reviews and decided to give them a call...so glad we did!! JR and his team arrived on time and removed our enormous upright player piano in minutes. My only complaint is that we didn't call this company first!! Thanks for the friendly incredible service!

They were awesome, part of our move was difficult with heavy furniture needing to be lowered from a second floor to the outside. They managed to do this safely and efficiently without a scratch to our furniture. The gentleman were professional and friendly. The rate was great. Would recommend them again in a heartbeat (despite one of them being a Dallas Cowboys fan).

Quick and easy, overall great experience. Had my move done in less than 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. The guys were very friendly and efficient, I would definitely use them again.

We were extremely pleased with our moving experience. First of all, JR the owner of Riverfront got back to me promptly the same day I called and took all the time I needed on that call to answer my questions. At the end, the cost was just as he had quoted us and the move happened just as we had agreed. I had an additional stop before the destination. JR put us at ease during the entire process. They were fast, efficient, courteous and honest. One additional touch that I really liked is that they were positive and upbeat. We wanted a couple of pieces of furniture switched around at the end of the move when they were all pretty beat, but seemed to view it as a fun challenge with a smile. Never have I had such a good a moving experience!

Movers arrived a little over an hour late. I had specifically mentioned things that would be needed when I made the reservation - an appliance dolly for moving a large refrigerator, and ratchet straps for folding a mattress to get it up a tight staircase. They brought neither, which made the move more challenging than it should have been, and also made it take longer. The movers were nice and professional enough, but relying on muscles alone usually doesn't work out. Having proper equipment makes all the difference in the world. They ripped the mattress, banged into and damaged some walls, and also charged me an extra 3.5% for using a credit card. Bottom line, I was not a satisfied customer, and would not recommend based on my experience.

Courteous, reliable and efficient. Reasonable, fast and honest. They were a Godsend because we needed them in an extremely short length of time, they needed to make various stops and helped us out tremendously. Again, thanks JR and thank you Home Advisor!

JR was fast in responding to an emergent moving situation, gave a more than reasonable quote, arrived on time, professional, fast and of the highest quality. This had to be done within 3 days which they did in a fast, clean, expedited manner. It was a hoarding situation that would have taken other movers hours and taken advantage of this situation. They moved my mother into an assisted living facility in which they arranged the furniture, put the bed together and even assembled the TV. This stressful situation especially me with chronic medical issues and having to be on call at work; JR and his people were excellent. There was also a hoarder living in the apartment with my mom and they moved so much crap into a storage facility without us even having to be be there and insuring the unit as well. Definitely hope JR stays around for a long time. Thank you HomeAdvisor!!!! Your people are the best!!!!

Very reliable. Estimate was done and moving was executed as planned. They also charged only for time used. Really pleasant and helpful guys.

Riverfront did a nice job with my move and their rates were very reasonable. There were a couple minor nicks in my furniture which dropped the Quality rating to a 4, but overall, I was pleased with them. The movers were polite and worked hard the entire day - did not take a break until the work was complete...
