We had a furnace with a cracked heat exchanger and Ray did an amazing job replacing it with a new furnace - he was timely, professional, and skilled. His price was very reasonable and above all, he was such a nice guy. I highly recommend him.

This has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences we have ever had, even considering multiple major renovations we've done for the last 6 years. The only reason we even had considered Ray was his prior good record on AL. A simple install that should have taken 1-2 days turned into 2 1/2 months of waiting, excuses, many calls, texts, and voicemails, etc. The last time we spoke Ray was anything but apologetic and just told us point blank that he couldn't guarantee in any way when he would be able to do the job and remarked that we should think about getting someone else. A handshake and commitment in late Sept from Ray to "get it done in about a month" apparently means nothing at all to this guy. Adios and good riddance!
Description of Work: We had hired Ray to install a new gas boiler and indirect water heater.

I have used Ray in the past and this experience was no different. I have electric heaters in 3 bedrooms that had been installed by a former tenant that SAID he had worked for an Electrician. When the heater didn't work and the colder weather arrived, I called Ray. He traced all the wires and found that the had not been connected correctly and 2 weren't connected at all to the fuse box. He had everything working in a short time and the job was done. He made suggestions about upgrading my electric service, and I'm sure I will have him back in the future to do that work.

My water heater started leaking on Tuesday April 3rd. I called Ray Wyatt and told him the problem. He said he would be at my house the first thing the next morning. He arrived bright and early and started in on the job. He moved some pipes so that I could build a wall to hold the new On Demand water heater. While I built the wall he drilled a hole thru my outside wall to vent the heater. He had the old heater disconnected and out in a matter of no time at all. He then moved other pipes to the new location of the heater. Before I knew it he was done and I was only without hot water for less than a day. He cleaned up and left my basement cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely use Ray again when I need plumbing done.

The experience was excellent. I liked everything about the experience. There was nothing that I disliked. I have recommended them to a couple of people. They have used them and liked them. The owner is a reasonably priced and honest guy. He doesn't do things that aren't there.
