Within 2 hours of calling on New Years Eve we had an engineer at our home. Not only was the problem fixed very quickly but the price was fair. Great service, thank you!

Great: Harris arrived on the scheduled date/time and completed all the work (removal, installation, clean-up) in one day. They were courteous and professional, they removed the old heater-air conditioner and associated parts and left the area neat and clean. The new heating-air conditioning system is now about one month old and has been working fine.

I shopped around and they were the best price.

I have a contract with them. They come out here twice a year. I have an electric key pump so you really got to take care of that. They are a great company. They take good care of this unit. It has only a ten year life on it and it's an expensive unit. Everyone who has come out here has been very nice and very professional.

My 21 years old central AC System died. The TRANE system was installed by Harris Comfort and they have been maintaining it and checking it yearly for 21 years. I also purchase propane gas for my fireplace. We have found them to be extremely professional and technically capable in a very caring manner. My AC died in the middle of the night early Monday morning. I called the 24/7 message service and had a service visit by Jim Holmes that morning very early. The freon was leaking and almost gone. They replaced the freon and I was told to call if this did not work and they would place a window unit in my bedroom. I ordered a new TRANE system from Tom Christie because the freon added would also leak in time. I did not even get other estimates because I am a very satisfied, long time Harris customer. Harris has very high standards! Tom was very caring, patient and professional and said that I would have the new unit installed within a week. This despite the fact that we were having a horrific heat wave and they are very busy! The equipment was delivered the day before the installation team arrived within a week! Both Heath Phipps and Josh Lopez, arrived around 8 AM and left around 5PM. They were both extremely professional and capable. They had to work in horrific heat in my attic and of course outside as well! They had to kill a hornet’s nest in the attic as well as replace a non-running attic fan. Because of some glitches found with some ducts and the wiring, , they said they would have to delay turning on the system until the next day. I was given a window unit for my bedroom. I have never seen any people work harder or under such stressful conditions. They still remained caring and patient with my many questions. They made sure that I was as comfortable as possible during the few days with no AC! I cannot say enough to reflect the excellence in service Harris provides. The entire staff works as a well organized, competent and caring team! I highly recommend them!

forThe salesman who provided the estimate was extremely professional and thorough. He updated us on the condition of the area around the ductwork in the attic as well. The workment were timely and thorough and cleaned out some debris from the dryer duct in the nearby area. The system has performer as was promised in the initial visit. We have been very satisfied.

Service is consistent. Didn't run out of oil during the winter. Price is certainly not the best but is acceptable.

They raised there prices when I signed up they told me they would never do that.

The installers (Garth and Jake) were very professional and answered all our questions about the installation, operation and maintenance of the generator. Our township electrical and mechanical inspectors reviewed and approved their installation.

I'm very pleased with the service. The technician arrived on-time and did a great job. I started using Harris this fall and this tune-up was the first one they did for me. From what I can tell, it is the best heater tune-up ever (I have tune-ups done every year).

we called Harris to get a "second opinion" about the condition of our gas furnace. Another HVAC contractor inspected the furnace just a day earlier and told us we needed $1100 worth of parts and repairs. The Harris technicians were professional, thorough and HONEST. They told us the furnace was worked fine and no new parts or repairs were needed.

We are very happy and satisfied with them. They were very efficient, courteous, and they weren't disruptive to our routine. They were very pleasant to deal with. We paid the price that they were asking and we had to have it done. We got a couple of estimates and they weren't the cheapest, but we liked their presentation.

I needed a check up for my central a/c. There is a coupon on Angie's list by Harris for $99.00 spring tune up for Angie's members. I called to make an appt and mentioned the coupon. After being placed on hold, I was told that the coupon was for last year and the current special is for $119.00. I told them that it was unfair to have that coupon posted and not honor it. It has no expiration date. If you are going to be on Angie's list than you should honor your coupon. UPDATE: Mr Harris called back the next day and apologized for the misunderstanding. He reviewed the ad and acknowledged that it was last year's ad and was left on the site in error. He promised to honor the coupon. I am completely satisfied with his response and am changing my review results.

They did a great job and even did the extra things I needed. The workmanship was perfect. They did a great job and they gave me a great price.

The technician that came out was great. He checked everything out but then handed me a bill for several hundred dollars. I was confused and told him that I had a coupon for $29. He was unaware of the coupon, but made a call to the office and despite the confusion, they happily honored the $29. Overall he did a great job.

They have been my oil provider and maintain my heater for 4 years and I have been very satisfied. They are always on time and very professional and friendly.

Serviceman was prompt and professional. Did not rush cleaning and was very thorough. Unit was exceptionally dirty even though it is cleaned annually by Harris. Serviceman checked system to find the cause and corrected it.

Very straight forward and easy to fix.
