It went very well. He explained what he was going to do and then went ahead and was able to humanely trap the cats and remove them without injuring them. He treated the cats kindly and we give him the highest recommendation possible.

William Gompers contacted me the day after I called. He explained things over the phone, and within about a week his son Bill Gompers came to look at our house and advise us on what could be done. He gave us ideas about how we could change our landscaping a bit to discourage chipmunks. They put 4 bait boxes around our home, and sprinkled some bait in a key area. He explained chipmunk behavior very thoroughly and how these bait boxes would work. They will check them periodically and replace the bait inside in the spring. It will take about a year for the whole process to be complete. The boxes are very unobtrusive and you don't even notice them as they were placed in the landscaping. Even though they told us we would not notice a big difference until spring, I have not seen one chipmunk in the week since he was here. I appreciate that they will check the boxes periodically and leave me a note in my door of anything they notice and/or any service they had to perform. I appreciate they were quickly responsive to my calls, and punctual.

He caused me a lot of stress. He did put a trap up that caught two birds but then did not come to retrieve the traps and birds until a couple of days. He also covered up some of the holes that the woodpeckers caused, but not all of them.

ORIGINALLY BILL CAME OUT AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM. HE RECOMMENDED SOME TRAPS WHICH HE INSTALLED. BILL COMES BACK TWICE A YEAR TO SERVICE THE TRAPS. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE HE HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR RESIDENCE.

Excellent visit. Punctual. Very informative. I thought I was being pro-active by calling right away when I heard the animal. However, I never heard it again. Mr. Gompers gave me a lot of great advice and information. He also gave me an estimate on some work he could do (bait traps).

I called Mr. Gompers when I noticed birds getting into my attic--he called me back promptly, and despite rainy weather addressed the problems within a week. His estimate was more than reasonable for the work done.

I don't remember the process taking too long and was impressed how they took extra care not damage the roof and shingles. The were very informative and gave us good price quotes.

There was no trouble when closing up the holes that the squirrels were using to come in the house. They responded very quickly when I called the them. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

Mr. Gombers worked well finding the squirrels entrance. Trapping them and sealing off fascia that needed repair. He even advised me of an electrical problem, I thought had been caused by squirrels chewing wires may not have go. He was right.
