Very professional service and excellent work

Eric was extremely pleasant to work with and very professional. Coordinating with him was easy, and the price was fair to get our grout cleaned and repaired. We are very happy with the work and when I asked Eric to come back and look at a couple spots I wasn't sure about. He promptly responded and did a couple of little touch-ups. It's such a pleasure to work with a contractor that is so responsive and customer oriented. Highly recommend!

Groutsmith colored and sealed the grout in my tile floors in the kitchen, foyer and baths. Eric answered our questions and did the job within the time period he estimated. He was prompt in arriving and worked continuously while here. I would recommend him to anyone whose floor grout has discolored and needs to be brought back to life.

Our kitchen ceramic tile was a mess, the grout was two different colors because we had someone come in and redo it, and it ended up in different shades. Eric made great suggestions, was very patient with us, and did a fantastic job! It looks brand new. He also did our foyer, which also turned out amazing. I highly recommend him. He was on time, clean, and just simply awesome.

The franchise owner was very professional and informative both on the home visit to estimate the job and when the job was being completed. In both instances he arrived for his appointments on time. He explained proper care for the grout and tile after the job was completed to maintain the warranty. He was efficient doing the work, completing it in 8 hours. We are very pleased with the results. The flooring looks like it was just installed. We recommend this company.
