This is the third time that Scott Bros. have replaced windows for me. I have been slowly replacing all the original windows in my house. I have always been pleased with their work. The windows are high quality energy saving windows that always leave my house looking better than before.

Everything went great. Wade was our salesperson and was very responsive to questions and realistic about pricing. Installers were very professional and they were neat with great attention to detail. Wade did final walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied before accepting final payment. Have recommended these guys to many neighbors and others.

Wade (the salesperson) was helpful and responsive to questions. Adam and Justin (the installers) were courteous and competent. The windows came in about the time that was predicted. The windows were installed promptly and look good. When we need to replace more windows we would use them again.

We took bids to fix broken panes in 4 windows both from Scott Brothers and from a glass company. The glass co. would have replaced only the glass but could not replace it with identical glass for 20 year old Andersen windows. Their bid was good, but we decided to spend a little more and hire Wade Knight from Scott Brothers to replace the entire sashes instead (as recommended by the manufacturer) and replace several broken balancers at the same time. Wade was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, pleasant, and did a great job at a great price. (Price listed was for work only...we purchased the materials separately.) We took an earlier bid from them for another job but gave it to another company for reasons unrelated to price or professionalism, and went to them first for this and will hire them in the future.

They were very good. The owner came out and estimated the job and it was in the middle of all of the estimates we had. The crew put in 22 windows in 4 days. They worked very efficiently and they were very neat. They worked on the opposite side of the house for me since I do work evenings to accommodate my schedule.

We are very happy with them. They did an outstanding job. They were always on time. They did a very good job of cleaning up. They were very professional and took their time with each window. He also recommended someone to install glass block windows in our basement, they did a fantastic job. We are very thankful for their recommendation for the people who installed the glass block window.

Their punctuality was great. Setting up the contract went smoothly. They are fairly small, and we appreciated that. The owner, Dave Scott, went above and beyond with something not related to windows. It was something that helped us out in a personal way. The same three people came out everyday for the week that they were here. The clean-up that they did was good. They were excellent overall.

I spent months researching historical window replacement and then found my way to Angie's List where I found a great review of Scott Bros. My husband is a carpenter and could have done the job himself, but considering the size of the job we wanted to hire a contractor who strictly works with windows. My husband had a few contractors give us estimates. I asked him to meet with Dave Scott. He reluctantly agreed. After meeting Dave Scott, there was no question who would install our windows. We were also surprised to see that his estimate fell in the middle pricewise. Dave was able to direct us to the best product for our house (Marvin). The installation was perfect and quick. I am confident that if I ever encountered any problem with any window installed by Scott Brothers, that it would be taken care of immediately. Now I just need to find a plumber I can trust this much!

The man that owns it came to our house and did all of the measuring and ordered the windows for us. When the windows came in he scheduled the appointment. The crew was outstanding. The installation was perfect. They used a clear caulk on the outside and you don't even notice it's there. They did everything right. They follow up to make sure everything was fine. He came to our house to make sure everything was ok.

The job went well as scheduled and when the UNEXPECTED came up, the charges to fix were very reasonable. The crews were very courteous and cleaned up everyday. The jobs took about 9 days to complete the two phases.

The estimate I received from Scott Bros was comparable to the one other estimate I received. I chose Scott Bros because they came across as a bit more professional and knowledgeable than the other company. The installation was scheduled promptly after the delivery of the windows. The crew was very punctual, cleaned up before leaving each day, and they were very courteous to me and my family. Most of all they did great work. There were two minor issues. I was lead to believe there would be a larger crew than they actually put on the job which meant that the job took longer and I had to take more time off work than I had planned. Also they ran out of trim material and had to come back the following week to install the final set of windows. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and the crew and I would definitely use them again if I have the opportunity.

The crew of three arrived on the day expected and took four days to complete the job. They covered the carpeting and floors with tarps for protection and vacuumed thoroughly each day after finishing the job. Also cleaned up outside by sweeping each day. They were polite and helpful. And took away all old windows and wood each day. We paid exactly what was agreed to in the estimate.

The windows look great, and they introduced us to a product we never would have found on our own. We are extremely pleased with them. Wade met with us, looked at the windows that needed to be replaced, and made suggestions. We went through several estimates with various options and finally placed an order. We paid about 1/3 up front, 1/2 when they installed the windows the first day, and the remaining when the job was finished. It took a while for the windows to come in, but once they did they were installed in 4 days. The work crew was professional and very nice. We are very pleased with the final result, and would highly recommend using Scott Brothers.

THE CONTRACTOR CAME ON THE DAY HE SAID HE WOULD. I LEFT FOR WORK AND WHEN I CAME HOME THERE WAS A DIFFERENT WINDOW IN MY HOUSE.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH SCOTT BROTHERS WAS EXCEPTIONAL, FROM THE INFORMATION OF WADE KNIGHT THEIR SALESMAN/WORK FOREMAN TO THE INSTALLATION CREW OF KEVIN AND SCOTT WHO APPEARED EVERY DAY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. AT THE END OF EACH DAY, THEY CLEANED UP THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE SO THAT YOU COULD NOT TELL THEY WERE EVEN INSIDE. THEY TOOK CARE TO COVER THE FLOORS AND FURNITURE WITH DROP CLOTHS SO THAT ANY DUST WAS EASILY REMOVED. OUR WINDOW AND DOOR PROJECT TOOK 5 DAYS, JUST AS WADE PREDICTED. THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY. EACH WINDOW WAS HAND-STUFFED WITH INSULATION AROUND THE FRAME. THE DIFFERENCE IN SOUND REDUCTION AND HEAT LOSS COMPARED TO THE OLD WINDOWS IS VERY NOTICEABLE. THE WINDOWS ARE OF HIGH QUALITY, BUT IT IS THE VERY HIGH QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE - AND SCOTT BROTHERS CERTAINLY IS HIGH QUALITY. IF YOU HAVE EXISTING ANDERSEN WINDOWS AND ARE CONTEMPLATING REPLACING THEM, I RECOMMEND YOU CALL SCOTT BROTHERS FOR A QUOTE.
