Premier Kitchen & Bath

I chose to remodel the kitchen. I had loved it but needed a change. I shopped around and found premier. They under cut the competition which made me happy. They came out the first time and helped me understand more about what I wanted. However when the contractors showed up, they wore their boots ( I understand to a bit but I have primarily carpets) and walked a lover my carpets with out a covering. Then it took two months to complete because they brought cabinets that were scratched and damaged. It was mainly ( but not solely ) cosmetic. I had to stop them from continuing putting them up and call the company and complain. They tried to kiss up and even offered me money off to keep them. But when u spend this kind of money u want it right. Then the said they would re order them. I had no kitchen for two months. I went and bought a brand new fridge to go with the cabinets along with a stove and dishwasher however since I could not be in kitchen I had to put them in my dinning room. Then the cabinets come in and work resumes , somewhat. A day here and there then I put another call in to the company and its back to 5 days a week. Finally I have cabinets but due to the change I had to patch the plaster on the ceiling. They came and covered but the some how got plaster on the fridge. At this point I was finished the sales rep apologies and takes some money off and after much complaining replaces the fridge. Than I have to wait for another three weeks for them to send someone out to lay the cabinets and someone to set the sink. They had put a temporary facet in till than. After that they left their facet and I had to call again for them to come get their property. Following that I found scratches on my cabinet doors from who knows what so they said they would replace them witch they did but it took more time. I would advise anyone to stay away. I Also called the better business bureau and filed a complaint. This job started in February ended In May unacceptable. I am diagnosed with a fib and was hospitalized due to the stress of this ordeal.
