+ 0 moreThe entire experience was fantastic. Mary Ann coordinated and interacted with all of the vendors we selected to get the job done. We paid the vendors separately but Mary Ann provided us with a total cost estimated before the work began. Listed below is breakdown of the cost to remodel 2 bathrooms and powder room. - Premier Home Design: $8.200- Carerra Marble: $4,100- Liberto Construction: $11,650 By the way, Liberto Construction was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: We have a 10 year old home and wanted to remove a bathroom floor and replace it with some form of covering. After visiting our brother's home in MA, we decided to expand the project and wanted Carrera marble. When I first visited the Premier Home Design showroom and met with MaryAnn I wasn't sure how the process would work. In short, Mary Ann met with us and then visited our home to check out the master bathroom. Prior to Mary Ann's arrival we decided to potentially change our powder room and upstairs bathroom so all three would have the same look and feel. MaryAnn has an amazing understanding of architecture, design, building and plumbing and quickly pointed our areas that may be issues for us. She also provided us with a number of different options based on price and warned us that Carrera marble wasn't inexpensive. Ultimately, after getting on the same page, Mary Ann provided us with estimates which included marble countertops, fixtures, lighting and other things. For the marble tile, she sent us to a downtown PGH location to select tile and meet with a designer. Finally, she brought in a contractor to assess the work. What's fantastic about what MaryAnn does is project management. In short, if you buy product from her, she'll manage the project and interact with other suppliers and contractors. Also, the vendors she recommends are excellent but you can always choose youw own. Lastly while Ann Mary Ann is managing the job, she's always thinking of options for you. This is a good thing if you have a hectic schedule and don't want to stress over a remodel projects

Description of Work: Used Premier for a small powder room remodel. We were looking for a specific size vanity and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Mary Ann was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. She spent as much time with us as we needed even though our project was relatively small.

+ 0 moreLaura was helpful and gave good advice on the layout and design. Her price was competitive--not as cheap as the big box stores, but with that you get what you pay for. The product was good quality, and the countertop installers did a good job. We are very happy with our new kitchen.
