Description of Work: First appointment was a no call no show. Strike one.Next appointment He was late.Strike 2. He was there close to 2 hours and did nothing but gave a bid which was more expensive then what they quoted me on the phone. ( if you do not sign up with them on the first call they will call you back in a few hours to give you more of a discount) when I told him this he said that might be the southern states price and he couldn't honor that price. Salesmen are so dishonest when it comes to commision. So I needed the carpenter ants gone so I agreed to the price and he said someone will call me the day before the guy came to spray. Well that never happened (strike 3) and the guy never showed. When I called and complained the salesman never turned in our paperwork. This was a week later we are talking about. Incompotent company. I ended up going with a different company and the cost was a third of the price.Stay away from this company.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for 8 years now. I think the technicians are knowledgeable. They seem to know what bugs are when seen and why they are there. If you have any problems between visits they will come out for free. They are also good at working with your schedule and they come out quickly when needed. I have a dog and 9 year old son and they use non toxic chemicals.
Description of Work: They come every other month for spraying.

+ -1 moreThey do a good job. I have been with them for twenty-one years. They always call the day prior, and ask if there was an additional thing that needs to be done. It was always pleasant. They were always on time, and I have never missed a date yet.

+ -1 moreWe contracted with them in 2006 for a severe carpenter ant problem. Within about 2 months after treatment they were gone and I haven't seen one since. I keep up the service because I have young kids and they can do some serious damage. They are here and the pests are gone. They just show do there job, go and leave me tag saying they were here and what they did.
Description of Work: I use them every other month for pest control from May to October.

+ -1 more. They do call to let me know that they are coming ahead of time and they leave the receipt on the door. As for responsiveness they came when I called them and when I needed them. As for punctuality they have been showing up regularly. I will continue to use them in the future.
