Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on my house. The bill was to be sent electronically to my email address supplied when I requested the service. I have only had this done twice in my life so I never noticed when I did not receive a bill. Unbelievablly, I received a summons to appear before a magistrate for failure to pay the bill. I immediately contacted Gleaming Gutter to find out what was going on. They claimed to have emailed me multiple times and left multiple messages on my phone about the bill. In addition, their business manager, Andrew, had called me right before they went to the magistrate. This was bery confusing because I had not received any emails or phone messages from Gleaming Gutter. In checking my phone records, I found I did in fact have a message from Andrew, who never mentioned Gleaming Gutter, and simply stated the following: " Hi David this is Andrew, give me a call about the house". And left his phone number. I never called back because I assumed it was a wrong number or a solicitation. My phone records show no multiple phone calls from Gleaming Gutter, and I had no messages from anyone stating they were from Gleaming Gutter. My email account showed no emails from Gleaming Gutter. I had used Gleaming Gutter one other time, so I checked an old email address which was no longer being used by us because of a malware issue. There is where I located the bills. Gleaming gutter had set the bills to the wrong email address. I immediately mailed my phone records, the email evidence, and a check for the amount of the bill ( plus late charges to show good faith on my part) to Gleaming Gutter. It was obviously a billing error on their part, and I wanted it to end. Gleaming gutter took me to court anyway. They claimed in court that I falsified my phone records, and they had in fact sent the bill to the correct email address and had left multiple messages. They provide no evidence of the phone calls or the emails. My email and phone records showed they had not in fact done this. I guess the magistrate believed Gleaming Gutter because she couldn't believe they would openly provide false information. This company is willing to do anything to get your money. Avoid them. This is not a company that I would ever use or recommend. Their web site claims 100% satisfaction and that they take great pride in customer service. Their actions speak for themselves. Using them was a nightmare! I had used Gleeming Gutter once in the past, and received and paid my bill. I guess a customer that has used Gleaming gutter twice is considered a long time customer. Based on how poorly they treat customers, this not surprising.

Description of Work: Initial Yard Cleanup and then regular maintenance every two weeks.

Description of Work: During one of our recent hard rains I noticed that the gutter in the back of the house was clogged. Based on the Angies List rating I decided to give them a call. Unfortunately they never called back.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned my gutters & downspouts on my two story house with attached garage on the side (has gutters too). I also informed them that we had recently purchased the house as a foreclosure and that the gutters hadn't been tended to in a while and there were actually plants growing in them.
