We hired BathPro to completely renovate two of our bathrooms. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Jeff and his crew did an excellent job and were a pleasure to deal with. They took their time to do quality work and cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class bathroom remodel.

We highly recommend Bath Pro! Our bathroom needed to be fully gutted with new plumbing and electricity. Bath Pro was the only company we found that would manage the entire project from start to finish. They communicated everything along the way. Once the project started, they were done within a week. The crew started same time every morning and cleaned up before wrapping up at the end of each day. The end result is beautiful! We absolutely love our new bathroom. Would definitely hire again.

No job ever goes completely without problems, there was a problem with one of our shower panels and Bath Pro had one of their employees drive St Louis to get a new panel and bring it back to keep the job on schedule. I chose BathPro of Western PA because I like to give my business to smaller, locally owned companies, and the fact that they offered more options than others for less money. I'm very glad I did. They did a wonderful job. They do not promise the work in "one day" because they want to be sure to get it right. It took two days and they did a beautiful job on the tub as well as the surround. They arrived promptly each morning and were very professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them if you need work on your bathroom!

Perfect. Everything from start to finish went exactly as they told me. Work was done professionally and installers were courteous and friendly and answered any questions I asked and treated me with respect. When finished (on time) the bathroom was completely cleaned up. Nothing laying around or dirt anywhere - all I had to do was put my soap dish, etc. back that I had removed myself. New shower works beautifully and I have no regrets except I should have had BathPro replace the tub months, even years, sooner. I have referred them to family and friends and will continue to as they did excellent work with quality products at a very good price and in a timely manner. Every aspect of our bathroom project was handled professionally, from the selection of the materials to be used, to the demolition and finally the installation. We had our tub removed and a walk-in shower installed, new flooring and walls, plus new fixtures and trim. The professionals who did the work were respectful, efficient and knowledgable. We appreciated how clean they left the workspace at the end of each day. The results are beautiful and we love our new bathroom. Highly recommended!

We were pleased with the entire process. Shawn worked with us to design the project and made appropriate suggestions and input, but was open to our wishes and preferences. The options for materials and manufacturers were of good quality and we were able to incorporate some of our own specific choices as well. We were given realistic expectations of when the job would start and kept informed of when materials were delivered. During the job we were kept informed and consulted about specific placements and adjustments. All aspects of the job were handled by there own crew and the workmanship was excellent. The job was completed sooner than expected & with minimal mess and inconvenience. Upon completion, Shawn, the owner, inspected the work and talked with us. A few minor tweaks were needed afterwards and they were responded to promptly without question. We would highly recommend Bath Pro.

Perfect. Professional, on time and very courteous. Explained the whole process thoroughly. Took two full days as they promised. Cleaned up after each day and day one was messy! Customer service when calling Bath Pro on the phone is absolutely fantastic.

We wanted to completely remodel our master bath, tearing out the fiberglass shower stall and the closet around the toilet, replacing the fiberglass corner jetted tub with a soaking tub, and replacing the vanity and toilet. We hired BathPro because they had a well built display using Onyx solid surface shower walls and Bertch cabinets at the Washington County Home Show. We can't say enough about Jeff, Regis, Joe, and the other crew members who did the work on our bathroom. They tore out walls, fixtures, and the ceramic tile floor; put down a floor heating system and new tile over it; installed the Onyx shower stall, barn door style shower door, new vanity and mirrors, vintage cast iron tub we purchased, and new toilet. They finished the reconfigured walls and painted the walls and woodwork, and installed new baseboard, vanity lights, ceiling light, and fan/light combo in the shower. The plumbing and electrical changes were all done very nicely. The work crew was very polite and considerate, put down cloths to minimize bringing in dirt, and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and the work that was done. There is so much more space in our bathroom that we are going to have BathPro install a Bertch linen closet also.

Shawn's crews workmanship was outstanding. Always on time, cleaned up their work area daily, and the end product was beyond what we thought it would look like. Both rooms are masterpieces of perfection. Would recommend this company, worked everyday till the project was completed.
