From the day that Shawn came into my home to give me an estimate to the day my bathroom job was completed I couldn't have been happier. The whole experience was as professional as could be. Each day of the job I was given an update of what was done and what was going to be done next. Each day workers cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My bathroom look even better than I imagined. I am so happy with how my bathroom looks and I show it off to everybody who comes into my home. I never thought in my lifetime I would be excited about a bathroom but I m. I had to work while they were working on my bathroom and I found out that they were even taking my dog out when she needed to go. That is going above and beyond. We were beyond pleased with our experience at Bath Pro of Western PA . From the first phone call with Stacey and her friendliness and helpfulness we knew it was going to be a great experience . The process was seamless from sitting down to discuss all our options , the owner came with pictures of their exceptional work, products , and helped us decide one very detail of our bathroom . He answered all our questions as this was our first big remodel and we were unsure . Once it was time to start the bathroom all of the staff who worked on our bathroom were amazing , professional , kind , and helpful . They made it completely comfortable we hardly noticed a bathroom demo was going on . They were punctual and finished the job extremely quick we were beyond impressed . We would and will recommend everyone at BathPro for any bathroom remodel needs !
