Gary returned my call the same day that I called. When I explained what I needed he told me that his company didn't do what I needed. He did provide me with the name of a company that might be able to help me. Gary was very professional and helpful even though he couldn't help me. Excellent customer service.

I would definitely recommend A Plus Concrete and Foundation Repair. The entire process from requesting a quote through completion of the project was handled very professionally and the price was fair. Everyone was conscious in getting the job done right and they were courteous and punctual. Chris and Nick were diligent in assuring that we were satisfied in the work and readily addressed any questions or concerns that we had during the process. I will use them again if we decide to go ahead on another project which we are considering.

Gary was very responsive when other contractors wouldn’t return calls. He made an additional trip to the house when the second issue arose and gave a quick and reasonable estimate for both projects. The work was scheduled quickly after we committed and was all completed in one day. We are happy with the results and would use again for future projects.

Magnificently! I feel like I live in a new house. The concrete looks like new and the expansion joints look wonderful! This house has a lot of concrete everywhere and I mean a lot.

Gary and his crew were great. Gary came out to give us a quote for repairs to our large concrete front porch. He was very responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. His crew showed up on the scheduled days at the time appointed. They worked all day for two days to make the repairs, resurface and paint porch. Our porch looks great. For a project done on 08/30/2017, I was not that impressed. First day they left a mess in basement. I had to clean it up. Did not repair behind outside pipe. Said they could not reach it. Back top step corner not level. Asked for banister but since they only do repair work they could not do it. Had to hire local handyman to level top step, and patch behind pipe. I have been in contact with Gary numerous times to fix and make sure that the repairs be done properly and correctly. He came out a second time to fix the job. Water is pooling in yard in three spots. Today, I noticed a crack in the cement again and chip in the cement.

A Plus Foundation & Concrete Repair completed the work as stated in the estimate. The concrete was repaired, power washed & sealed. We are very satisfied with the work & would hire this company again.

Power washed porch steps, filled separations and painted. Re-surfaced front steps. Sealed cracks in garage walls. Cleaned gutters on garage which were badly clogged and causing seepage in the walls. Shane and his crew were very courteous and professional.

Gary provided an estimate to repair parging and resurface our brick porch. He was very fair in his estimate and prompt in his appointment. Unfortunately, after further inspection, I discovered the porch was not structurally sound and rebuilding is not what Gary does. However, he was able to recommend a company. If I have any other needs within the scope of his work, I will definitely call him.

Went great! They were done in about 4 hours and walked me through everything they did. They also performed a couple small touch ups not on the SOW which shows they care about their customers. Will definitely use again for my concrete needs.

This provider power washed my deck in 2012. Shortly after that, I noticed some spots on the white trim on the door and window frames near where the power washing was done. Foolishly, instead of calling him back immediately. I used various products trying unsuccessfully to remove the spots. I finally called him back to tell him about the problem, and he made arrangements to come see what I was talking about. He got a cleaning product from his truck and successfully cleaned some of the spots even though I could not prove that they were the result of the power washing. He then left the cleaning solution with me so I could remove the remaining spots. There was no charge for either the visit or the cleaning product.

The owner Gary was very prompt to come out and provide a quote. He identified several things that needed repaired and the quote was reasonably priced. The job was scheduled in a very timely manner. His team was knowledgeable, courteous and neat. I will use them again for future issues

Gary is an extremely competent and responsible owner. He gave me an estimate, and was able to do the work four days later. He and his crew installed seven Carbon/ Kevlar straps after grinding down the wall. I inspected the basement when he was finished, and my basement was cleaner than before he started the job. He was on time every time.

Work was done to install 4 carbon fiber straps on back wall of garage. Had several estimates from other companies and A Plus offered the most reasonable price with the best warranty. Price was fair. Work was done efficiently and on time. Workers were professional. Would hire again.

He did an excellent job. The concrete was lasting. The only thing that was lacking was some concrete sealant after a very rough winter. He touched up the concrete sealant. He honored his 2 year warranty and came out to touch things up. He runs a very professional business and has a very professional and helpful operation's manager. The owner is a professional's professional. He stayed in contact before and after the work was done. I would use him again and I would highly recommend him.

Great work! Very friendly and professional. We hired Gary to secure the foundation and walls of our detached garage before selling our home. He and his crew did a wonderful job securing the foundation to ensure the structure was safe for inspection and prospective buyers. Would hire again!
