I placed a call to request an estimate andmy call was returned that evening. Mr. Salerno arrived promptly at the time he had scheduled to give the estimate and also when he did the work. Everthing went very well. He was very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend this services.

I had an excellent experience with The Crack Team. Gary was excellent! He called before he came to tell me when he would be arriving, he cleaned up after he was done. My driveway and walkways and patio look great. I would use The Crack Team again.

They came out and did their work. They did all the work that I contracted them for and for the price that I contracted them for. They did good work and were very professional. He did what he said he was going to do. If had known anybody that did the same kind of work, I would have got another estimate. I thought that it was expensive.

The experience was everything good you could ask for when dealing with a contractor. When providing the estimate and performing the work, Gary was prompt, profession, helpful, conscientious, and knowledgable. The price was reasonable, and he went above and beyond with the amount of work he performed. He was helpful in explaining things to me, pointing out and providing suggestions for other issues, and dealing with my tenant (who had to access his work area to enter/exit her apartment). Gary was very upfront and honest regarding the lack of work that was necessary. He told my husband how to correct the leak which was due to a grading issue with the lawn. We appreciated his honesty and would definititely contact him should there be any issues in the future.

Gary was very prompt in responding to our phone call requesting his service and in arriving at our home to give us an estimate and then to do the work. He was friendly, yet very professional and thorough. He made at least four trips around our house --- inside and out --- in an effort to find and repair all the holes in the foundation. His estimate was exactly what he charged. However we ended up paying less, because he was kind enough to point out a coupon for his services that we had missed on Angie's List. We would definitely use The Crack Team again if we needed any of the services the company provides.

We investigated several contractors to remedy the foundation cracks and wall stabilization issue in our basement . Gary was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and informative during our initial meeting. He offered a reinforcement solution that is much less invasive and much less visually objectionable than wall anchors. We contracted with him after checking with Angie's list member's reports and also by calling a customer that had similar work performed for a recommendation. The job took two days and was completed as projected. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and with Gary's sincerity, honesty, integrity and professionalism. When we had questions and needed reassurance he even provided a direct contact at the manufacturer. We appreciate his expertise and we would definitely recommend him to others who need foundation wall stabilization. Gary offers a great product/ solution for this problem in conjunction with excellent workmanship.

He was proactive in suggesting different ideas and didn't balk at all when I didn't agree with his recommondations (they were good suggestions, it was purely my personality). He simply made the changes until we considered it perfect. We will definitely be hiring Gary and the Crack Team again for future repairs.

He came promptly and was very personable. We did not seem to be on the same page on my expectations of what a contract should be. He said he would send me an estimate on June 13Th and I called him on June 18Th because I had not received his email of an estimate. We discussed him actually sending me a contract that he has signed and I would sign as well. He told me that he doesn't normally do business that way.

All went well. The work was done over a couple of Days, a Sealant was applied on the outside of te wall, after powerwashing the wall, allowing the humidity in the wall to dry, then three coats or rubber paint were applied on the inside. Great work. Very easy to work with and you can tell that Garry knows what he is doing and not just trying to sell you something. Thanks Gary, Bill

Gary arrived on time and set to work immediately. He repaired the concrete steps first, then addressed the foundation cracks, Gary used a clear sealer on the foundation cracks, filling them from both sides of the cement block when the interior was accessible. Te entire job took about four hours. Gary was courteous and knowledgable as well as efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I was able to make an appointment with Gary (the owner) very soon after I first contacted him. He came punctually and spent around an hour at my home discussing the various repairs. He was very clear and explained clearly what work he would do if we hired him. However, it turns out that Gary does *only* repair work (patching, resurfacing, filling cracks), and does not do any concrete pouring. We ultimately decided that we wanted to replace one of the porches rather than just fixing it, and so went with a different company.

They did very good work. Their price was cheaper. The workers were very good and I was happy with them. They did a good job.

If you are looking for concrete crack repair - look on. These guys MIGHT have been good - but they are overwhelmed right now and not good at handling that. Call backs are slow and estimates are much slower. They should have someone doing update call backs who are punctual and friendly. When Gary DID call me he was abrupt and unfriendly. I still haven't gotten an estimate and I called them weeks ago. Currently the Crack Team is over rated. Hopefully they will get it together. Update - It's June 27th and Gary has not 'gotten to the bottom of this' or called me back. My Mother lives in another unit at the address and is not his contact. Calling me 'at work' to discuss it is not a problem, I own the company and all of my staff were asked to look out for a call from The Crack Team that never came. I suspect the "Response" he left on my report was to buy time and make them look good, but I have yet to be satisfied by this company in any way. My experience with them so far is as if they don't really exist. I am busy and when I take time to set estimates in motion, I need it to be done. I can't keep nudging a contractor to come out and take my money. If a company is too busy they should address it by working triple shifts, hiring, doing frequent updates and callbacks etc, this company did none of that.

In less than one week from first talking to Gary on the phone we have a freshly repaired garage floor. We are very pleased with the prompt, quality service that we received. It took me longer to find a concrete repair service that would handle this "small" job than it did for Gary to take care of the job! Gary provides a valuable service in that he handles small concrete repair jobs that many concrete contractors won't think twice about.

The Crack Team's owner, Gary, came to our house in December to evaluate the moisture problem in our basement and give us a quote. We were getting a ton of humidity in our basement and we thought we would need some sort of moisture barrier on the walls. Gary assessed the problem and recommended a Humidex system to pull the moisture out of the house. He probably could have tried to sell us a mush more expensive and extensive solution, but Gary acknowledged that we didn't have a big problem. We called him in late January to accept his quote and paid a down payment. He promptly ordered the equipment and called us back to schedule an installation date. On the installation date, he showed up on time and was extremely friendly, even talking to our 3 month baby. It took him about 4 hours to install the system and he did everything possible to keep the installation area and the rest of house clean. We would highly recommend Gary and The Crack Team.

They completed the estimate and the work in the same day. The price was very affordable and improved the appearance of the area.

We are so very pleased with the entire experience--everything The Crack Team did, from start to finish, exceeded our expectations. When we first submitted a request for an estimate for this work, not only did Gary call us promptly, but he visited our house the same day, provided the estimate, and discussed the proposed work. I was thrilled with that level of responsiveness and with his friendly, outgoing, and easygoing nature. Gary scheduled the work and he came on the day he said he would, he did the work he said he'd do, he returned when he said he would return, and he finished the job when he said he would. In between, he updated us as to how things were going and was available to us by phone or email when we had questions. The steps look unbelievable--I expected that they would look patched and repaired afterward. They don't--they look like brand new steps. Gary rebuilt the crumbling steps altogether. He exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled. We would absolutely hire The Crack Team again in a heartbeat. I am adding an addendum to my report. More good news. We had another contractor working on our external railings and iron work last week. That other team misunderstood Gary's instructions and thought it was okay to use the freshly repaired steps as they measured for the new railings. However, they did this work before the time when Gary felt comfortable with them doing this. I called Gary to see if he thought this would be a problem--he re-inspected that same day (!) to be sure that nothing bad happened. He found a few problems, which he was able to touch up/fix within days. Gary is kind and courteous, and we, again, were so very impressed with his work, attitude, and approach to his craft. We are thrilled and our steps look wonderful.

Great guy, really helped out. Getting Mom's house ready to sell across the country. Totally reliable 98%. I called months later about a small area he missed but the neighbor noticed. No call back. House sold. Worked out fine otherwise, especially considering the long distance negotiations with my brother and myself, payment, directions, etc.

It is really a one man operation though he did have his brother come in and help him. The price included everything. It took him four days to do the job. He was rather quick. He wasn't always the neatest painter. He missed some places. He worked with me as far as what I wanted done. He was able to do a lot of the oddball things that I wanted like the cement work and painting an i-beam in the garage and things like that. I really didn't price on anybody else. I called other companies, but they wanted to do major drainage work that was priced very high. Right after that they told me they weren't interested in doing my job and none of them wanted to touch any of the other little projects I wanted like cleaning my garage doors which was part of the job and doing the cement work that I wanted done. The Crack Team did all that. I also had them fix a support above the garage door that would move when the door went up and down. I had him anchor it for me. That was also included in the price. I had the awnings over the garage doors painted, the garage doors painted in and out, and the inside of the garage painted. He did a lot of work. I have nothing else to compare their price to, but for what I got I was pleased. It was not a perfect job. I had to do a lot of preliminary work as far as moving things to make it easy for him to get in and paint, especially in the basement. Their responsiveness was excellent. They called me back when I called them. I most certainly would use them again in the future if I needed to.

When I agreed to have him do the work, he set up an appointment only 5 days later. He arrived when promissed and completed the work when promissed. The work was completed in a very professional manner and he left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would highly recommend The Crack Team.
