Gary arrived on time and kept the schedule. He quickly fixed a large crack in a retaining wall along with some other cracks in the foundation. He also re-worked my downspouts to get the water away from the foundation. I would recommend Gary he did a good job.

Everything was done exactly as said in the estimate and on the time and date agreed to. No surprises as the final cost of the job was exactly what was agreed to on the estimate. My only reason for giving a B on quality is that I want to wait to see how the work holds up after a year before I give an A. I would definitely give Gary a shot at your business if you need concrete work done.

Repair crew showed up on time and were very professional. Repairs were made and were very satisfactory. Only took a few hours and the porch is as good as new.

The whole project from bid to finish went extremely well. Gary is truly one of the most professional contractors that I have ever hired. He arrived early for the appointment that we made for the initial bid/estimate. He explained everything that he would do to repair the cracks. He was able to schedule the work in a timely fashion. On the day of the job, he arrived in the morning and again explained what the job would entail. Gary and Greg then completed the job that day and cleaned up everything before leaving. All in all, a fantastic experience and well worth the money. I had tried several methods to repair the cracks myself. None of them worked long term. Gary knew exactly what materials and methods were needed for the repair.

Gary scheduled the work for 2 pm and was actually early! I've used many contractors over the years and that was a first! I am very happy with the work that was done. Looks great!

Tried numerous times to contact A+ Plus via phone and here on Angie's List. Never heard from. There very well may be extenuating serviced that I'm not aware of but I don't know that. I've given up. Shame since they have gotten excellent reviews. Oh well.

Gary and his brother arrived on time (after calling ahead). They worked quickly to do what they promised. The work was completed in a few hours, they cleaned up afterwards. The quoted price was the actual price. They were highly professional and reasonable for the work they did. Other companies suggested more expensive options, which we didn't want. After they left, there was a thunder storm with hail and street flooding. So far, we found no water in the basement.

Gary was and his brother were a pleasure to work with, on time, neat and gave me information on what was being done and how to make the driveway last! He fixed a bad job that had been done by Cement Doctors several years ago that didn't last and they had refused to return to fix.

The entire experience form making the appointment, the estimate, and the repair was an easy and positive experience. Gary is extremely professional and did a great job on our driveway.

We noticed a crack in our foundation wall and contacted two contractors who are highly-rated on Angie's List. We chose A Plus because their bid was much lower, and they would use 6 instead of 5 strips. (The other contractor apparently uses the same strips, and would have anchored the strips at the top and bottom to the sill and footer.) Gary set a date for the following week from when we chose his bid, which meant a week to move everything away from the wall to a distance of 3 feet. Both our furnace and water heater are close to the wall, and they were able to work around these obstacles. Gary and his brother arrived on time and got right to work. The only help they needed was finding the electrical outlets behind all the things we had moved. They explained what they were doing and how the product works. The whole operation took less than six hours, and I was impressed with how clean everything was in spite of the grinding they did to remove paint from the wall where the strips were applied. They even mopped the floor when they were done! The lifetime warranty is transferrable when we sell the house.

The owner came and did the work. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The company that laid the pergo said the floor very level. I would definitely use him again in the future.

We called for an estimate for a leak in our basement foundation and a leak in the basement foundation in our rental property. Gary came out to look at our basement. He advised that we put fans on our basement wall to dry out the wall and then silicone around the perimeter. He did not charge us. However, despite the three fans we used to dry out the wall it never dried and with close inspection I was able to see a hole in the wall which was leaking water. I could see the hole and it would have been seen if A+ had given a thorough inspection. Also, Gary told us he would be in touch within the next few days about our rental property. We NEVER heard back from him. We have hired another company to repair our basement AND our rental property's basement. We would not recommend this company if you want a thorough inspection and result.

They estimated the job in person, explained in detail the repair work they would provide on the cracked cement on our breezeway. Repaired, resurfaced and repainted beautifully. Excellent service.

He sounded like a nice guy on the phone and it seemed like he was going to give me an estimate but he never returned my calls. If he didn't want the job he should have just told me.

We called for an estimate on repair of our front porch - cement and not very large, but cracked, outer layer chipping and falling off and internal issues he alerted us to. He described the plan of attack, and the date it would take place, weather permitting of course. Wednesday 8 AM - he and his brother were on the scene. His brother, Greg, was to do the work today and he proceeded. My husband and I had to leave the house for a few hours and returned around noon. What a difference already! The patch work was done now to apply the paint. My husband and I had picked the color, after consulting with Greg who has done painting for the majority of his career talked with me and we agreed, probably not a good color. We together looked at paint colors, after conferring and chose another color. Greg came back with this paint, applied a few strokes and requested I check this one out. Not right yet, and understand, I'm not hard to please - but even Greg agreed. One shade darker and we were completely satisfied!!! During the day, Greg wandered around the perimeter of the house, and noticed the wooden addition on the back. The color on it is nearly the same as the front porch, so that helped with the decision. He noticed on the addition there were areas of concern and that needed some attention. My husband and I were aware of that, but, we had a professional painter telling us he had time and that he could do it today. Absolutely without a doubt. Did an awesome job! AND we lined up some additional work with Greg as well.... The guy wears many hats - lucky for us! PS - so happy to have a contractor 1- respond to a call. 2 - show up for an estimate 3 - actually show up on time 4 - do the job as was discussed! Approachable, kind, and listens. Thank you A+.

As above, all workers very polite, careful updates each day. Excellent cleanup. Good instructions about allowing the floor to dry completely.

Very professional! They called me right back to make arrangements to come out & give the estimate, which I think was very fair. They scheduled the date for the job & showed up on time. Workers were very respectful & professional. They did a great job & cleaned up after themselves. I guess after they left it drizzled briefly, which pitted some of the areas of paint. I called them & told them about the marks & they came out & repainted the deck at no charge! Very good work & lots of integrity. Would definitely recommend!

Gary arrived a few days after I called him. He viewed the garage, where water was entering in the corner and running down the walls. He determined the water was coming from along side our patio where it meets our home. Gary told me that the ground probably sunk due to the heavy rains we received and created drainage into the garage. He also told me that my husband could probably due the work himself and proceeded to explain what to do. My husband is older and I asked Gary if he would do the work for us. He agreed, gave me a great price and completed the work on time. He is a very honest, professional and experienced. I would highly recommend Gary and his company to everyone who is experiencing water problems.

Gary was punctual, professional and courteous. He checked out our problem and made some suggestions on how we could correct it. Felt our problem was due to our downspout not being quite large enough to handle the heavy downpours and he also felt we needed to grade up the ground around the downspout using gravel. His company doesn't do that kind of work but he suggested we contact our roofer in order to get that work done. He did say he was pretty sure this would take care of our problem, but to feel free to call him again if for some reason it didn't. While he was here we also had him take a look at our garage cement floor which has several cracks in it. He made some suggestions for remedying the cracks of which his company could do for us should we decide to do that in the future. Overall, we liked how he treated us and felt he was not trying to sell us something we didn't need. We would be happy to contact him in the future should we need his services.

It turned out fairly good. They've had to come back on two occasions and will be coming out a third time. They were prompt, but the fact that I've had to have multiple repairs, I'd have to rate them with B, as opposed to A. They have been very professional and curteous.
