Arrived on time 8-15-16 and repaired cracks and broken areas. Powerwashed driveway and applied one coat resurfacer. Returned 8-16-16 and applied second coat resurfacer and gave him charge card info to charge $2500 with balance due upon completion. Came back 2 days later to apply sealant and he charged balance to my credit card without me reviewing to see if job done to my satisfaction. There was excess resurfacing compound in the expansion joints, on my hose I let them borrow, and across my front steps. After attempting to contact crew first, I reached Gary on 9-13-16 who said he would schedule this. They came and took care of expansion joints and patched cracks that had appeared but with an obviously different color compound. The driveway does not look like I had expected. I emailed Gary on 9-21-16 and asked for him to meet me so we could look at work together. He came on 10-22-16 and agreed driveway was not acceptable and said he would make it right, but depending on weather, it might be this year or next. It looks like it will be next year at this point. I will update this review if/when the work is completed to my satisfaction. Would suggest not to pay until you are completely satisfied with the work done.

He was great, very personable and professional. I would have him again without hesitation. He responded quickly and was able to do the job completely and quickly.

We had the wall/foundation of our garage repaired. Quality workmanship, professional and customer service oriented. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company who called me back, came out and looked at what needed done, gave me a bid and completed the work as specified. Made sure we were satisfied with the job done, which we were. Would definitely recommend A+ Plus to anyone needing concrete & foundation repair. This was a large job which no other company I solicited showed any interest in doing. Kudos to the A+ Plus Team!

Gary and his crew couldn't have been more professional and efficient. My patio, which is above the basement, developed cracks over the years. As a result, during the winter months when snow and ice would accumulate, water would drip into the basement. Two other contractors wanted to cover the existing patio with 3 to 4 inches of concrete, basically putting a new patio over the old one. Very expensive, messy, time consuming and I felt, completely unnecessary. A+ came, and in one afternoon, repaired and resurfaced the old patio and it looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the result.

Gary was awesome!!! There is no other way to describe him! I sent him an email and he called immediately to schedule a visit. He came and checked everything and we were thrilled that there were no major cracks in the foundation. He checked the rest of the foundation of the house and mentioned that there were only a few surface cracks that he would fill in but other than that the foundation was in good shape considering the age of the house. His honesty was refreshing and so very welcome considering the fact that as soon as I tell people my house is in Mt Lebanon it seems the price automatically doubles! My house was built in 1930 and little by little we are repairing the items which are most important. The work was completed as scheduled and I would definitely recommend Gary and his crew for any job!

Gary and his employees were very professional, knowledgable, and reliable. My porch was leaking into my garage and I literally had buckets and towels everywhere trying to catch the water. It was a difficult repair due to the way the porch was built by the previous owner of the home. The workers were excellent and helpful and went above and beyond as the repair leaked and they came and sealed the work with a different product. So far it is ok. They came back twice and were very accomodating. They said to just call back again if there were any outstanding issues. I would recommend Gary and his team as they are very proficient and respectful.

Great experience! Owner was very knowledgeable and the guys who came out did a great job and were very respectful and nice. I thought I'd have to have a complete porch replacement, but they were able to repair it beautifully for a much lesser cost!

Gary was very fast to return my calls and come out and give me a quote. We had to have the work done within 2 weeks as we were closing on the house. The price was the lowest and the work is guaranteed for the life of the house, so we and the new owners were very happy. Both Gary and his staff were friendly and did a great job of explaining the process and prioritizing the work. I would definitely recommend A+ and would use them in the future if needed!

Joey and Greg were wonderful to work with. They were very hard workers. They were neat and made sure I approved of the job. They also took pictures to bring back to their employers and told me to call back if I had any problems and they would come back out and fix it. I would highly recommend them!

BUYER BEWARE Provider placed dirt along one side of my house and around the corner. My house is small, 900 square feet. The width of the dirt on one side of my house is approximately two feet by 4 inches at the deepest. It was for the purpose of keeping water from putting pressure on the foundation. I had to call the provider to come back and complete the work around the corner of the house. For the amount of money I paid I told the provider the cost was prohibitive and wanted a reduction in price, the dirt finished around the corner of the house and a cement crack filled. He came back, but did not reduce the price, in fact, made sure my check cleared before contacting me again. The crack in the cement has already cracked again. The provider also told me he spent $10,000 for advertising in Angie's List. I called Angie's List and spoke with an employee who told me this was totally the choice of the provider and not required. No wonder he charged such an inappropriate amount. I would not recommend doing business with this provider.

Great company - great service. Came out for the estimate, and a week later John came out to do the job. John was very professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. A++++!

It went perfectly well and the men have such a wonderful and cheerful disposition. I am wondering if they are angels.

I trusted the word of A+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIR to recommend a trustworthy professional to perform the work. The initial job had a few issues, the patio ended up cracking and did not set properly. A+ Plus is not directly responsible for the initial shoddy work that was performed but they assisted in having the responsible construction company respond quickly who resolved the problem by repouring the concrete slab again. So far so good............. Thank you!

We hired Gary and his company to fix several issues with our foundation just prior to selling our house in late November. Gary came out and estimated the job himself, after we contacted him. He was very, very good about not only contacting us and setting up an appointment, but my wife who was home when Gary arrived, couldn't say enough about his professionalism and conduct. He quoted a price, and his guys showed on the quoted start date. The guys that worked with him were great, and we had no issues. We would hire him again, and he comes recommended.

They showed up on time did a good job for a fair price and the work was done properly. Now My basement is water free.

We had to repair our back patio. One part of the patio close to house was chipping away and many other contractors wanted to replace everything - tear everything and re-pour the concrete. Gary was very responsive and came in just as he said in the emails and took a look and gave me an estimate that same day. His team came over on the appointment day and completed the job in two days. Very professional.Gary knew what they were doing. Was able to clearly articulate what needs done and what has been done so far. People working under him were updating him through cell phone with images on the progress of the work. When the old patch was removed, it turned out to be more than one layer of old concrete under it but he didn't charge extra for the extra work. Worked called and updated us when work was done as we were out on the second day. So far so good. Will hire again. Thanks.

Gary was able to come to our house the day after we called him. He examined the cracks that had formed between the cinder blocks on the inside of our garage wall, and determined that no work had to be done. He spent a good deal of time with my husband, giving his thoughts as to why the small cracks might have appeared. As they walked around the outside of the house, Gary noted that the grading around our foundation in several areas was poor, and said that this could have been a contributing factor to the cracking that appeared in our garage wall. He showed my husband where to regrade, and gave him tips on how to do it. Even through there was no work to be done, Gary was very generous with his time and his advice, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We would call him again.

I've been working with Gary for several years now. Some big jobs but mainly what I would call smaller jobs. He's a local guy and I like to support local small business. I've always found satisfaction with the work done by his main two workers. They take pride in their work and Gary always makes sure the jobs are done to his and my satisfaction. By no means am I a concrete repair expert, (nor do I want to be,) I rely on Gary's knowledge and expertise in approaching the jobs with the best solution. He is also patient with my questions and explains the steps to the process. Only time will tell how well the work holds up but I know if something is not right, Gary will make it right. I am glad he offers his services for this kind of stuff as it is time consuming to find contractors who are easy to work with and offer peace of mind.
