Description of Work: Gary came to our house to take a look at our water problem. He walked the house and the outside and told us what to do to fixe the problem. With a little effort and the right product we will be able to solve ourselves. He did not try and sell us any services and was very professional. I would use him if we did have work done and will refer him to any one needing work done. Thanks Gary!

Description of Work: Repaired four sidewalk blocks, repaired water damaged floor of porch, and sealed cracks on steps by the house. However, any ratings below A were the result of bad weather interfering with schedule and residual quality of cement on walk. They were very accommodating, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am definitely calling them for more jobs to be done.

Description of Work: They repaired a cracks in my sidewalk they fixed my railings front and back with cement. They poured a cement step for me and put concrete around the foundation of my front porch to keep rodents out. For appearance they also straighten my lamppost.

Description of Work: Gary (and son) came and did the job as agreed upon, and an extra patch to a concrete step that I asked him to do. He did the work in a timely fashion, and even mowed the lawn where they had been working since i couldn't get to it when they were there! Excellent service like this is rare, but appreciated.

Description of Work: We called Gary when we found water damage after pulling up some carpet. He was quick to schedule an appt to provide an estimate and to do the work. He worked efficiently and professionally and stuck to his estimate. I would recommend him for basement/foundation repairs again.

Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Salerno in an attempt to get his opinion on my damp basement and an estimate for work necessary. An appointment was set up easily; he was punctual in arrival. I would estimate that he spent two hours at my home inspecting the various sites where water leakage or moisture has been a problem. He explained which of my problems were related and then gave me his opinion on what needed to be done. His explanation was specific and easily understood. He recommended that the work be done by a plumber. Having had several individuals in to look at this problem, I was pleasantly surprised at his grasp of the problem and how to resolve it. There was no charge for his service even though he had spent two hours with me and had driven across the city of Pittsburgh to get here.

Description of Work: Contacted contractor from Angie's List Work required was spot pointing and crack filling on my brick ranch home. In addition, the whole house was powered washed Contractor gave me a verbal proposal on the services and followed up with an email. Work was scheduled within a week and was complete timely. Contractor reviewed work with me and was more than willing to touch up areas to my satisfaction. Very pleased with service

Description of Work: We just bought a new house and the basement had some broken cement and cracks. He filled the holes and cracks and painted the whole floor. The area that needed the most cement did get filled in but he didn't smooth it out. He did the painting over two days and the second day accidentally used the wrong color (it looks the same when wet as the correct color does, so an easy mistake). He did come fix it when we called to complain, but the paint job overall looked rushed and he didn't do a careful job around the edges, leaving a gap of no paint about an inch or more between the floor and the wall, as well as having some paint slop on the wall. It is disappointing to pay so much and then need to do our own touchups and have a bumpy new cement area.
