Description of Work: I have been very hesitant with contracting people for work after a very bad contractor experience, who still owes me money, but I have found 412 to be very good. I hope to use him to finish our home as we have remodeled from top and are going to the bottom. He has been very professional and does excellent work. He is finishing our bathroom on 7/3. Good service from scheduling to the work.

Description of Work: He replaced a faucet in the bathroom as well as a tub faucet. When more needed to be done, he came with me to Home Depot to get materials. Very professional, accommodating, and efficient. highly recommended, will use again!
