Great! Put shoe covers on & i didn't even ask. Nice touch. Will do business with again & recommend to others. This was a small job & I was treated no differently than if a large job. Highly recommend.

The young man who showed up was very professional and knowledgeable and he quickly assessed the issues and fixed the problem at the sink, but he had to locate a part for the shower since it was a very old fixture. The staff at 412 was very involved in helping to solve my issue and they located the part, picked it up, and had the installer put it in the very next day, and all is well in the world (to date :-)

I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my initial call. The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. He was well within the window of time I was provided by the office. The office also called ahead of time to let me know exactly when to expect the plumber. The quality of work was above my expectations. This is my new go-to plumber.

In the process of replacing the drain pipe, Brett found that there was an additional problem. He could not get the correct slope on our pipe because the original pipe connection to the outside trap was not installed correctly. To fix this, it required digging up the trap outside of our house and resetting it to get the correct drainage slope on the pipe. The pipe was installed per the required code of surrounding the pipe with stone to prevent problems with soil settling. The total job took two days. All work was done in a professional manner. We would recommend him to any friends that had a plumbing problem.

There was one shortcoming in the whole process. I had e-mailed a picture of the installation to Mandy and told her they would need two new ball valves. Walk, the plumber, knew nothing about needing 2 new ball valves. At first he asked me where the nearest Home Depot was. Then, after looking in his van he found 2 ball valves made by different companies. So, I said, "put them in". They look different but they work well and are doing the job. Walt did a nice neat job. I would use 412 plumbing again!

Excellent experience! A+! We had Brett in twice in a 3 day period to get this project completed, and there were some unforeseen issues with the job that he sailed through with the greatest of ease! He was friendly, capable, tidy and prompt... the work he did was great... and the price was fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to call 412 Plumbing in the future.

Service was performed as expected except for the price double that which was agreed to. Be aware that the company charges $110+/hr. That being said, the $50 "credit" through Angie's List doesn't go very far. Further, their bids to do work are only "estimates" and that if the job ends up taking them more than the expected time then the homeowner pays the higher hourly rate. Again, we are happy with the work done, just not the bait and switch method of quoting one thing and charging something else without my approval. We attempted to rectify the over-charge without any accomidation from the owner.

Went great. Second time I used these guys. On time. I had a leak in my pipe going to the dishwasher. He had it fixed it within the hour. Definitely recommend

Very satisfied with the work performed and with the customer service and professionalism. Waiting for estimate for possible additional plumbing services. We are now able to take hotter showers and the shower handle works like new.

It went very very well. He was nice and very courteous. Was friendly and explained everything that he was doing. He had to do a lot of extra work and he was just great.

I submitted a request on Thursday night, a friendly and professional service representative gave me a call Friday morning and got me scheduled for an appointment right away. The technician called me a early to confirm my appointment and was 10 minutes early. He was able to answer every question I had and was very nice even though I was most likely asking simple questions. I'd definitely use them again.

Walt was at my door a couple hours after I called. On time and responsive. He reviewed the problem, suggested a solution, documented exactly what work would be performed including labor and materials. I agreed to the estimate and the work was completed quickly and correctly. He also tighten the sink drain connection which was not part of the estimate to ensure the system was water tight at no additional charge.. Great experience. Will call them again when I need plumbing services.

From the get go, Mandy was very responsive as I was initially calling about a leaky tub. She was able to get Brett out to the site within 3 days. In addition to the leaky tub, we had cracked floor tiles, bad walls and overall an outdated main floor bathroom. After discussing everything with Brett it made sense to go ahead and re-do the entire bathroom. Brett was up front and honest about costs from the start and had great recommendations for an electrician (Bobby Hudson) and a tile/remodel contractor (DW Contracting). I subbed out the work that did not involve plumbing and Brett was always responsive in getting himself or his two guys out in the time windows that worked best for me. In addition to the main floor bathroom we had a basement bathroom w/ shower that had improper drains and pipes underneath. Brett and crew dug up the cement and replaced the drain and piping to allow a properly draining shower and sink for the first time since we owned the house. Both projects came out great, on time and on budget. Brett, Mandy, Josh and Walt were all great to work with and I had nothing but a positive experience. Thank you 412 Plumbing!

I think it was fine. I think I just didn't like to have to answer all the answers because...I just have to say that was fine. I think there was an additional charge and then I think that was why I wouldn't give them an A, I give them a B. But then they came back and because it was my toilet flashing or not flashing. I give them an A because he had to come back another time and he didn't give me the extra upcharge that he did the first time.

I spoke with Brett's wife to schedule the appointments to have the toilets checked and then to have them installed. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. Brett arrived on time and inspected each toilet. We figured we would need all 3 replaced and he confirmed that thought. He was thorough in describing what was wrong with each one and did tell us that we could fix two of them but that they would probably need replaced down the road. We decided to go ahead with all 3. He told us it was our decision which toilets to get but gave us suggestions as well. We went with his suggestion. We went to Home Depot and purchased the toilets ourselves because they had the best prices and Brett was kind enough to pick them up for us since we do not own a truck or large SUV. I called and made an appointment to have them installed. It was maybe a week or so later when he was able to have the time to do all 3 at the same time which we were thrilled with since we were not able to use the one at all. They showed up on time and were done before they initially said they would be. It's definitely not the most thrilling thing to get done, but we will now save money on our water bill and we could not have asked for a better group of guys to help us out with this project. The next on our list is a garbage disposal and new vanity in one of the bathrooms and will only use 412 Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

The provider is extreme thorough and professional. They did an excellent job and provided reasonable suggestions to prevent issues that they found from occurring again.

Professional. Came and assessed the issues. Left to purchase parts and quickly returned. Completed the work promptly.

Brett used a mat to wipe his feet upon entering the house. Work was performed in the time promised. Professional and friendly.

I was contacted that morning and asked if the time was still good for me. Brett was on time, pleasant and professional. After the job was completed, he cleaned up everything and my kitchen is now functionaly I would definitely call 412 Plumbing again.

It did go very well. He was outstanding. He couldn't do it the same day because there was something else that came up.

We are very pleased with this provider and will use his company from now on for our plumbing needs. He is very professional, friendly, straight forward, with fair prices. His work is perfectly executed, as far as we can tell.

Mandy who sets the appointments squeezed us in with just short notice. Brent said he'd be here at a certain hour and he was. He introduced himself, explained what he would do and there were no surprises. His estimate and the cost of the actual work were spot on. We are now planning to use Brent and 412 plumbing for our basement bathroom rough ins. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
