I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It went fine. It was good. They told me that $39 goes to Angie's and their charge is $125 and they took $50 off of it, so there was an additional $75 on top of the $39 and that wasn't mentioned on the website. I was happy with their work. I was satisfied with what they did. They charged $125 and that was for extra amount of time, like for an hour of work, and it doesn't matter what it was. The price was comparative to other companies. One guy came out and he was very good. He explained what he was doing to me really well. Everything was looking fine when he left. It took him about half an hour to complete the service.

Frankly, at first not so good. They cracked the toilet bowl. But, in fairness it was an old toilet. I was impressed with how they handled the situation once there was damage. They clearly wanted to make it right and make me happy. And, they did. And the owner used the situation as a teaching opportunity for his plumber-very impressive.

Excellent. I have a very old house which means old faucets, fittings and pipes. Walt was able to work around all these obstacles along with advice for future work/repairs. 412 Plumbing is the best outfit I've ever had in my house. Call them, they're that good.

I called 412 Plumbing after I had two other plumbers out telling me I had no problem. There was a very loud rumbling sound occurring every time I ran the washer, dishwasher, or otherwise used the water. Brett was the only plumber that stuck around long enough to hear the noise and tell me exactly what the problem was. He was able to come back the next day and fix the issue. We will definitely use him again in the future and will most likely use as our new go-to plumber.

Excellent. Walt went right to work diagnosing and fixing the two issues. He shared what each problem was and showed me the parts that needed replacement. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in its place when he finished.

Absolute perfect. The technician was prompt and courteous and proceeded to get the work done in about two hours. I am attaching pictures. The present picture shows a one handle faucet, the rough plumbing separates water temperature from water pressure, and includes adding point of use shut-offs for the water supplies, if it would be needed. The Delta Lahara is what the finished product will look like. Note the two handles. I had the toilet removed and plugged as I want to refinish the tile floor as part of the remodel. I intend to replace the outmoded toilet with a chair height elongated bowl after refinishing the floor. I did this same plumbing in another bathroom and it is a great way to improve the use and satisfaction of the shower. This is the fourth picture, New Shower Control.

It went fine. It didn't go great. Even though there was one particular faucet that was not repaired, they didn't tell me that it was not fixed or not to use, so it flooded my flooring because I didn't realize that they didn't hook it up correctly. I didn't realize until the next day. They did clean up when they left. He was professional, but if he would have just told me not to use that faucet. I think he forgot or just did not bother, that's the problem.

The plumber, Walt was excellent! He arrived on time, was professional and quickly made the repair. I would recommend this company to everyone! They wrote the book on "customer service"!

He recommended a new sink compared to the cost of the repair. We will likely follow-up in the future.

412 Plumbers did a great job. Even though the old spouts were hard to remove, They got them removed with some special tools and the replacements are installed and working great ! The new diverters work really good and I'm no longer losing so much water down the drain. Thanks 412 Plumbers
