Description of Work: Love these guys! Our issue ended up not being plumbing related but rather a leaking shower wall. Brett was thorough and genuinely concerned in helping us figure out the problem. Well worth the money to have him help me figure out where the water was coming from. Will definitely use 412 Plumbing in the future if/when the need arises.

Description of Work: Replaced my shower valve which has no rear access after I twisted off the valve trying to replace the cartridge myself! The cut through my shower enclosure and final product looks good! There and done within 24 hours.

Description of Work: 412 Plumbing did a complete rebuild of the inside of three toilets in my home. All of the problems were corrected, the plumber was punctual and very professional, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them and would use them for future work.

Description of Work: I had 412 Plumbing come to my home to fix a leaking kitchen sink. It turned out I needed a new sink drain. 412 Plumbing was prompt and professional - the plumber was so neat he even brought his own mat into my house and put his shoes on it before walking through my home.

Description of Work: I had an old toilet that was running so badly that I'd had to turn the water off and not use it. They showed up on time, did a terrific job of fixing it, were polite, courteous, and even put down a little rug to protect my entry way floors. I could not ask for better, and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's list deal for an hour of service. |The gentleman was on time and professional. Nicest guy. Had a couple of slow leaks around the kitchen sink. He wasn't able to necessarily resolve all of my issues in the hour but I would definetly use them again.

Description of Work: extra for sewer line to be camera-d, etc. -- and then the job was too difficult, I had to get another plumber with equipment to cut the huge roots 412-Plumvbing didn't have equipment for, another company which also relined the sewer pipe.

Description of Work: Replaced faucet in bathroom with a brand new one from delta. Before he worked on sink, it did not drip from faucet. After replacing existing one with a brand new one from delta, it dripped and continues to drip to this day weeks later. He either does not know what he's doing, or he broke something. Delta shipped replacement parts to us as well, but this still did not solve problem even after another plumber worked on it. 412 had a problem with the hard supply lines we have in the bathroom as well as the fact that it was a pedestal sink. My wife had called before we bought the deal to see if it covered this type of sink, and was told by the plumber's wife that it was. Delta has now shipped us another replacement faucet and we are also going to replace all the supply lines as well. At least the faucets are free, but we still paid two different plumbers for basically nothing.

Description of Work: Brett & Ron were friendly, efficient and good at their job. They completed the tasks | I expected and although they were unable to stop a shower leak that day due to complications, I am having them come back. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I've had less than satisfactory results from less expensive plumbers, so it's worth it to me to pay to get the job done right the first time.

Description of Work: Angie's List purchase used to repair leaking toilet. Service performed in a timely manner. Very professional and pointed out other work needed. That service was also provided as nominal cost. |Second service call arranged at agreed upon price. Replace garbage disposal system and clear drain. Service provided at less that original quote. Nice work and great attitude. This will be my regular plumber now.

Description of Work: Took a long time to get an appointment. Does not carry parts so the job involved two separate trips to a hardware supplier, time I was charged for. Would not use again. Would have been better using my usual plumber who charges by the job.
