It was a good experience from beginning to end. The young woman I spoke with on the phone was cheerful, pleasant, and very accommodating. I was able to schedule an appointment around my lunch hour. I also asked to be called when the plumber was on his way to my house, and sure enough I got the call as promised. Service was outstanding. I had expected that I might have to buy a new faucet, but not so. The plumber was able to solve the problem by taking the faucet apart and cleaning it out. While he was there, I thought I would ask about the low water pressure in the house. He readily checked it out and discovered that the pressure was well below what it should be. He adjusted the pressure valve in the basement, and there was an immediate improvement. That was a bonus I was not even expecting! Overall, the service call was handled in a very efficient and professional manner. I especially appreciate the sensible, cost-effective approach to making the repairs. I am a very satisfied customer. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

Very happy with service. If you don't want to read all the details the takeaway is that its good work, a fair price, and good customer service and professionalism all the way through. Price for labor was in the 500's plus parts and totaled a 750ish number. Didn't think that was unreasonable at all based on my other quotes and the fact that I've had 4 other plumbers out to fix the same issue and couldn't do it or made up huge "thousands of dollars" numbers. It's a husband and wife team - can't remember names very well but that's my own fault as they did tell me. Wife does the scheduling and handles phones and the husband handles the fixing. Wife is great on the phone very polite and great to schedule with. Very customer service friendly. The plumber himself also very nice and professional - actually came to my house on a Sunday evening way later then i would have expected since they promised to check it out that day and his other job ran long. We really appreciated he came to check out our issue especially past the normal hours. Above and beyond for sure. Came out, made a plan, watched him think through our problem and solve the issue. I've not watched 4 other plumbers do this same analysis and none of them thought beyond the basic symptom. It was such a relief to feel that the problem was finally going to get solved and not cost us thousands. He came when he said he would, made a plan that was explained to us and felt like it made a lot of sense, good attitude and service, and a fair price. Came out another day to do the scheduled work - showed up when they said they would and got the job done exactly as planned. He cut out the old waste pipe that was having multiple leaking issues and had caused mold - put some new stuff in and all fixed now. It was a tight area around many other pipes and probably about 13ft long with multiple bends/curves. Other plumbers had even refused to come quote the job as they said it would be to big for them to do. I liked him so much I was having some other issues and he was able to quickly figure out what was going on (other plumbers just waived it off and never checked anything). Hooked up some gauges to our pipes to diagnose and talked me through whatwas going on. Again prices he quoted to fix very reasonable. The guy just left my house 20 minutes ago and I made sure to get on here for a positive review for them and scheduled the next service date to get the other work done in about a week. If that's not an endorsement I don't know what is. I am very particular about my service providers and rate both the good and bad FAIRLY and objectively. 412 Plumbing is now my plumber when i have an issue. Don't need to check anyone else out. Brett was recommended to me by my niece, who has had him perform work at her house. I hired Brett to replaced a vanity sink top. He could not shut off the water in the house because the valve on the meter line was broken. He was able to complete the sink project but could not replace the valve on the meter line (he did try, but it leaked). I had to call the water company to turn off the water from the street (the turn off on the street also neeed work). On the day the water company turned off the water, Brett called to tell me that he had unforseen complications was running behind schedule but that he would be there. Brett was there that evening when I got home from work and he didn't leave my house until approximately 9:15. Brett is very friendly, professional and an excellent plumber. His wife takes the calls and schedules the work. She is very friendly and accommodating; she is quite an asset to the business. I would not hestitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

My experience with 412 Plumbing was excellent. I came home from work to find water coming from our third floor through a second floor light fixture and down through to the first floor. With our old plumbing, I had great difficult finding the valves to turn the water off to that floor and getting the water to stop. After several other calls, 412 Plumbing came to the rescue. Brett arrived at 7:15 PM and stayed until 9:15 PM to ensure the water had stopped flowing. He came back as promised the following Saturday to replace the cracked drum trap which was the source of the problem. It was a very difficult area to access. He worked hard to minimize damage to walls and ceiling, and cleaned up thoroughly. We have already booked 412 Plumbing for additional non-emergency work. Thank you!

I took advantage of a "49 for 1 Hour of Plumbing Services" deal on Angie's List. I hoped to have the source of a slow leak located and fixed; another plumber had been unable to find it. Mandy got in touch almost immediately and could not have been friendlier and more accommodating in scheduling an appointment. Her communication was prompt, attentive, and first-rate throughout. Within minutes of showing up, Brett examined the area of the leak and very quickly (a) located the source and (b) offered us a number of solutions. He got to work immediately and was friendly and professional throughout. We really appreciated the respect he showed our historic Victorian home; he was careful to propose a non-invasive fix for the leak. It's also worth noting that he was extremely gracious in respecting the terms of the Angie's List deal (unlike some of the unfortunate stories you hear about providers exploiting the "fine print"). Since winter we have had to shut off the valves to the garage utility tub due to "something" freezing and leaking, the outdoor hose spigot has been leaking continually since winter and my wife's Mother's Day gift has been without hot water. 412 plumbing made quick work of all of them! Punctual, affordable and professional. Will definitely be returning to them for my future plumbing needs.

Couldn't have gone better. When I scheduled with Amanda, I told her that I had a very sick dog who needed to stay calm. Brett knew all about the condition with my dog when he arrived on time.
