Brett and Mandy are fantastic. Mandy is so friendly and so personable when you speak with her. Brett was very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing. Will be using them in the future and will recommend 412 Plumbing to my family and friends.

The folks at 412 Plumbing were extremely polite and professional from our first call to the service provided. There were no "bait and switch" tactics. We got a good price estimate and got on their schedule. The plumber came out on schedule and got right to work. The job was done quickly and professionally just as requested. I'd highly recommend 412 to anyone looking for quality at a fair price.

They were very good with fixing the leak in an old house built in 1929, there was three inch concrete between the floor and the pipes. They had to cut a hole in the living room ceiling to get through the concrete and see what they needed to do to fix the leak. They had to be extremely careful when they drilled through the concrete not to damage the pipes underneath because when the concrete was originally poured it ran down over the pipes. It was not an easy job at all and they handled every part of it perfectly!

We had been experiencing an issue with our kitchen faucet and purchased the deal offered by 412 Plumbing. Two experienced plumbers arrived at the specified time. They brought a rug and put on booties to prevent tracking any dirt into our home. Upon inspecting the faucet, they determined that it could not be fixed because the threading on the hot water handle had been stripped and couldn't be removed. I was getting ready to leave for work and wasn't able to run out and purchase a replacement faucet, so the plumber graciously offered to make a quick run to our local Lowe's to pick up a new faucet. While he was gone, the other plumber removed our existing faucet. The new faucet installation was quick and works well. They even put all of the items under my sink back in place following the installation. Both plumbers were very professional and respectful of our home. They really went out of their way to make the appointment successful. My husband and I were extremely pleased with their work and will highly recommend 412 Plumbing to our friends and family. They were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Kudos to 412 Plumbing!

Brett arrived on time and began to work immediately. He surveyed the job and offered some valuable FREE advice on some other issues that I had with bathroom fixture replacement. He then sweated the terminal caps on the three water lines. Next he removed the leaky section of pipe and quickly and efficiently fashioned a replacement. After installing the pipe, he waited several minutes to verify that the glue was solid and that the leak was fixed. I've always done my own plumbing but I've reached an age where I would rather have a professional WHO I TRUST do the work. I just entered 412 Plumbing into my contact list...Brett will be my plumber for all future work!

They were great. The guy's wife if great. They call the day before to give you an idea of when they will be coming, and then they also call when they are on their way.

412 Plumbing is great. I plan to use them for another project in the spring. My long time plumber retired and 412 will certainly be my future plumber. They called one day after my ad response to Angie's list. We talked logistics and the pricing of optional disposals. Without their guidance, I have no doubt I would have purchased a more expensive and less reliable disposal. They arrive on time and completed the project in one hour. The price was sightly less than quoted. From beginning to end, 412 has high marks.

They were very professional. Everyone from the office staff to the two plumbers that performed the work were very positive and courteous. They removed their shoes at the doorway so as to not track in snow and cleaned up after themselves. They described why the leak occurred and how it was being repaired. They made sure the parts that needed to be replaced that were visible matched our existing hardware. They even took a few minutes to fix a leaking shut-off valve which wasn't part of the initial repair request.

Was introduced to 412 Plumbing with Angie's List $39 Plumbing Service Call Plus Credit Toward Repairs promotion. Owner arrived on time, completed task quickly. Answered all our questions and offered suggestions. Was so pleased arranged for return visit to install other bathroom items. Arrived on time even with first accumulated snowfall and slow traffic. Would highly recommend 412 Plumbing.

PiThe owner/plumber explained in detail what the problem was and told me that he may need to return if the one part didn't completely fix the tank. He did return and finished the repair in a timely fashion. Very easy and nice to work with.

I have used several pumping services over the years but 412 has provided the best overall service and pricing bar none! From the moment i called until the job was complete I was treated as value customer. All interactions were done in the most friendly and professional manner I have had with a plumbing service. When I called to schedule an appointment it was about 6PM and as I expected I received a voice recording, so I left my name and number. Within an hour I received an unexpected call from a friendly voice on the other end of the phone who wanted to know what work I needed to have done and the best she could do to schedule a master plumber to come to complete the work was several days later due to being a busy time of the year. The only thing she asked is if I found another plumber in the interim that I call back to cancel. While all the details were completed during the call, i received a text update a day for two later that if I could be flexible there was a small window when the plumber could possibly fit me into an earlier time slot. Upon arrival, the plumber came into the house making sure his feet were clean,which meant a lot. He was not only a master plumber he was to point a perfectionist. Knowledgeable, detailed and neat. He explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate upfront and proceeded to complete the job. At the end the areas where he completed the work were left as if a cleaning person had just been there. It was worth the wait! First rate all the way, I will certainly be using 412 for any of my future plumbing needs.

It was a more difficult job that he expected but he stayed for hours and tried everything he could given it was already 6:30 pm. He walked me through everything he was doing and was extremely professional. His wife does the scheduling and is very friendly and accommodating. Hands down I would use 412 again in the future.

It was supposed to cost $39 but ended up a total of $84 as Brett asked for an extra $45 after he was done. This was for 15 minutes of plumbing work. And I supplied all of the parts that I bought from Nichlas Supply . Brett said that he charges a minimum of one hour work at $95 per hour (NEWS TO ME) and we only had a $50 work credit - he told me to "go read the Big Deal." And I have to say this was repair was necessitated by him cracking the basket strainer when he jostled it installing a kitchen faucet a few weeks before (9/25/15.) Granted it was 30 years old. Another reason for the rating ... The kitchen faucet replacement job was botched because Brett did not know how to back flush for a Delta faucet cartridge so he clogged it up and my brand new faucet would not stop dripping ... and Delta tells me that kitchen faucets are all made this way now; I had to order a new cartridge from Delta and have that installed by another plumber that knew how. The instructions that came with the faucet did not say how to back flush but that is why I hire Master Plumbers to do plumbing jobs. I was giving him a second chance because he is just starting out with his own business on residential jobs and had been doing commercial jobs for several years ... explains why he did not know how to do the kitchen faucet even though that "$89 Big Deal" was for a kitchen faucet installation. His wife does a GREAT job of scheduling and keeping customer informed on timing. I like to hire small local companies when I can but he is going to have to learn on other customers now. I give up.

First off, I contacted the company and Amanda answered the phone in a very pleasant, up beat way. She was very sympathetic to my urgency(water coming down the walls and through the ceiling)and said she would get back to me. She was able to get one of the servicemen to squeeze me in. I had to contact 7 plumbers and 412 is the one that made the effort to get someone out here to assess my problem. Brett squeezed me in between two other clients and discovered my dishwasher leak and shut the dishwasher valve off and called the restoration company with in 15 minutes of being here. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company! And will use them for upcoming situations.

Fantastic - kept us abreast of all the actions he was taking throughout the process, as well as making sure we were aware when he was running late. Incredibly pleasant to work with, will definitely be calling in the future for any other plumbing problems!

412 was fantastic. They were punctual and courteous, did everything they were asked to do, and finished everything very quickly. I would bring them back with no hesitation.

Plumber was very polite and explained everything he was doing as he went along. We ran into a few problems (there was no flange installed under the previous toilet) but he went and purchased one so the job would be done correctly. He wore shoe covers to keep my carpet clean. I was glad that he kept me informed on the progress of the job. I would use this company again.

Great - I used them for another recent job and liked them so much booked them again while they were still on the first job. Owner and his wife make a great tag team. Fair pricing, good work, good suggestions, and friendly service. Can't really ask for to much more can you? Banged the job out just like he said he would. I wrote a much longer detailed post from the last job but the summary of it is - 412 plumbing is awesome and is my new plumber. Don't need to call anyone else or look at reviews anymore they got my business for years to come. This was the best (by far) of 4 other plumbing companies I used recently and now I don't have to look anymore! 5/5 stars or however you want to rate them A+

You can tell when Amanda answers the phone that they are customer service oriented. She is exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. Which works well because Brett's work is equally exceptional. He was prompt, efficient and I felt was looking out for our best interests for the house.

My mom needed a plumber and I looked on Angie's list. My mom was extremely happy with Brett's work and his work ethic. Communication was a key factor, my mom knew what was going on at each step, what was needed and why. My mom highly recommends him for projects large and small.
