It went well. I have used this company in the past and every technician is extremely polite and friendly. I have noticed a decrease in indoor bugs because of their service.

We have been loyal customers of Pointe Pest Control since 2011. We had an issue a few weeks ago with one employee and the service but it was very quickly rectified by Andrew the owner. He was very aggressive in his approach to retain us as customers and sent another employee to our home to make sure the service was done correctly and to our high standards. We appreciate his ability to listen to our complaints and address them professionally and within a short timeframe. Very good work. We are happy he took the time to speak with us and make sure the service his employees provide is top notch.

At the initial meeting with Jake (area rep), he explained the entire pest control program of an initial treatment inside & along the perimeter of the home to be followed up with quarterly treatments. Jake was very professional in responding to our numerous questions & helping us to understand about the different type of pests, what to expect with the treatments and the overall cost of the annual program. As we had our fair share of pests in recent years, we decided to proceed with this pest control treatment. Liz (the service tech) showed up the next day to provide the initial treatment both inside our home & all along the perimeter of our home. She was very good about answering my numerous questions while going about her business. Since the initial treatment, we have noticed a significant decrease of pests. Just yesterday, Liz came to do the first quarterly treatment. It was all done quickly and in a professional manner.

The spraying was fine--i.e. no noticeable bug problems; but they are notorious for making it extremely difficult to cancel your service--they take your credit card or bank account and just keep on charging it. When you ask to cancel after the initial contract period ends, they of course try to keep you on the hook by offering half-priced continuation of services (which of course implies that their service was originally double its fair cost). The contract states that one must submit in writing notice to cancel continuation of service some number of days before the next service, which I did and received written confirmation but they still kept on billing. rip-off central just avoid the net to stay out of their net

Jonas and Lynn were here on time, explained the work to be done, and asked if I had any questions. They were both courteous and professional and did the spraying/cleaning in about 40 minutes. Drawback is contract is for 1 year.
