Alex arrived on time, courteous and professional. Explained what he was going to do then got to work.

I love the company. Very professional and friendly. Excellent service from start to finish. I am very impressed both by the quality of service, and especially the excellence and quality of technicians & personnel.

Arrived on time ( had to reschedule a previous date when they informed me they were running late. Explained the complete service and what to expect. Was very professional, used booties inside. Have to wait and see actual pest control results.

Technician ( Keegan) was on time and very pleasant. He informed me of everything he would be doing today and how long it would take. He asked me if there were any areas of concern or activity in the house. Took time to answer any questions.

The salesperson & application person were very pleasant and seemed to responsible to do a good job.

Everything went fine. No issues. Technician explained everything in detail and did a thorough job.

Alex actually showed up a couple of minutes early. He was courteous and thorough. Very professional.

The people who came out to the house were always very professional, but were also very friendly. I would recommend them to any one.

We are waiting on seeing if there is a decrease in the amount of pests both inside and outside and will update our review at that time. So far it looks good but it has not been long enough to know long term.

I started doing a review on a service that we use Pointe Pest Control but I think I never finished. They come quarterly. We've been using them for a few years now. They are truly awesome. I mean if you ever have a problem, you call them back and they come back right away. Their service technicians are very professional. They are just really wonderful. It is 137 quarterly.

This company totally misrepresents its services to get a signed contract. June 2014 one of their salesman was in the neighborhood and approached me seeking my business. After he laid out his sales pitch I specifically asked him if the attic was part of the pest control service and his answer was yes. I signed the contract expecting all the services we discussed. October 2014 Pointe Pest Control arrived at my house for pest control treatment and when I asked about the attic the employee stated they do not treat attics that do not have a finished floor. Employee was told about my conversation with the salesman and I advised him that the salesman never asked whether the attic had a finished floor or not. Employee refused to service the attic. November 17, 2014 I called Pointe Pest Control and terminated service for the reason stated above. I was advised of a $150.00 cancellation fee. I told customer service representative to have owner call me in regard to this matter but never received a return call. Fee was never charged to my checking account. January 28, 2015 I was in my driveway when their service truck arrived unexpectedly. Service tech was advised that I canceled the service back in November and he was not needed. After service tech left my property I called their office and once again cancelled the service. They acknowledge my November 17, 2014 phone call cancelling the contract but offered no explanation as to why they sent a service tech to my house. Once again, they were advised of the misrepresentation of their salesman as the cause of termination of service. Later that afternoon a manager called me and for the third time I explained the misrepresentation by their salesman and was done dealing with their company. Pointe Pest Control automatically withdrew $150.00 out of my checking account that afternoon for termination of contract. This company is a total joke. Customer service is incompetent. Their salesman will mislead and tell you whatever you want to hear to get a signed contract. After terminating the contract back in November they had the nerve to send another tech to my house in January. If I was not home they would have performed outside treatment and withdrew funds out of my checking account automatically for that service.

When the technician came to do the first service. I was displeased to find that it was just a college student on a summer job, not a professional that practices pest control year round. The technician was very nice, I have no grudge to their employees, mostly just the management. Sale rep told me I was getting certain services and stretch the truth. They said I would be receiving a foam treatment for under the sink, even showed a picture. This picture was very deceiving from what the technician really applied. It was just a aerosol can with a straw. Something I could've done had I gone to the local hardware store. The technician and sales rep are both from out of state, and don't really know anything about the New Jersey environment or bugs. After the first treatment I knew that the management mistreated their employees, since they were willing to lie to make and extra buck. I don't feel like this company has any morals or ethics, and don't deserve my business. Whomever the the owner of this business is needs to really change they treat employees. You can tell that the sales reps were desperate for the sale, because when I received the service majority of promises made at time of sale were not fulfilled. This just show that they aren't making the money they deserve. The technician was obviously doing their best, but you know they are being mistreated, especially since they aren't even receiving any commission. Not impressed at all for the service received for price I paid. I could have definitely done it on my own for half the price; but glad I could help those kids earn some money from a company that needs to review labor laws and business ethics.

The technician arrived on time for both appointments. He listened to the problem and explained what he would to do to treat the problem. In both cases, the treatment is working and I have not had an ant or mice problem since the treatments were applied. I am very satisfied with everyone in the company, from the receptionist who answers the phone and finds an appointment that works with my schedule to the technicians that visited my home. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Alex was on-time and very courteous and professional.

They come and spray our home inside and out every 3 months. They even sweep away spider webs on the house. They use very effective, non toxic pesticide.

Serviceman, Jonas, arrived on time. Reviewed the process of how he was going to cover my home. Jonas was thorough with his overview but most of all, he was very respectful.
