Description of Work: I have had an annual contract with Pointe for several years. They tend to come at the beginning of each season and tailor their services to the types of pest issues that may occur in that season. If an issue comes up between treatments, they will return and address that issue at no additional cost. They have always called several days in advance of a visit to let me know when they are coming and if I need to have something treated inside the house, I can always call them back and request a more convenient time or day. The individuals who do the services have always been very polite and knowledgeable about their work. I have been very happy with the results I got from Pointe Pest Control. |

Description of Work: We have an on-going contract for inside and outside pest control. They are the most professional contractors who ever come to our house. For example they use "booties" to come in to treat our basement! They have made major inroads in our ongoing fight against mice and voles getting into the house. They have come back at our request to re-treat when ants invaded between scheduled treatments.

Description of Work: Sprayed for spring bugs. I have been using Pointe Pest Control for many years. I originally contacted them since I started to see spiders in the basement. Description of Work: Pointe dusts the house attic and sprays for common pests: stinkbugs, red ants, spiders, house flies, wasps. They have brought the Chinese stink bugs under control, but these pests elude thorough eradication. Pointe located the cause of spiders that crawl into the bathroom, and the HOA removed the infected trees. Pointe has removed 4 wasp nests that appear every once in a while beneath my deck. The technician actually crawled under the deck to spray the nests and wash them away. Pointe uses environmentally friendly and pet friendly insecticides which are more expensive, and perhaps not as effective as the stronger poisons used by other pest control services. I would not use Pointe for termite nor carpenter ant problems as controlling these pests requires serious deep drilling through the property.

They always inform me before arrival, check in when they arrive, ask if I have anything that especially needs treating.
