Description of Work: Pointe accurately picked out what ant problem I was having. Gave me a little background on the infestation and recommended a course of action. They were honest, professional and knowledgeable. They performed an inside/outside house spraying and we haven't seen any ants since. |The pricing was a bit high for similar services in the area though.

Description of Work: On three different occasions they sprayed pesticide on my herb and vegetable garden after being told repeatedly not to spray there. They left the attic door open after placing mouse bait in my attic and my dog ate it. If I had not caught him in the act I probably wouldn't have known. When I immediately called to ask what type of poison was in the trap they couldn't give me an answer. My vet also called and got attitude and no answer either. NEVER using them again and just so thankful my dog didn't die - if I hadn't gotten him to the vet within 90 minutes he would probably have died.

We apologize for the trouble you have had. While it is true that the dog did get into the bait station, We found that the situation was handled different then what you have described. We did the best we could to accommodate the veterinarian with the information pertaining to the material that the dog ingested. Those device's are designed and labeled for use around homes/dogs. We were extremely apologetic to the customer because we do not take lightly mishaps of this nature. Again we were very sorry that this would happen.

Description of Work: They sprayed around the perimeter of the house for spiders, mice, and other pests. I have used them for 4 years now and they have met all my needs. They come 4 times a year but will come back at no charge if there is an issue. A big plus!
