Successfully treated the problem.
Description of Work: We have an ongoing maintenance agreement for 5 treatments a year. The technicians are always prompt and polite. When we saw some ants they came and treated for them the next day.

Description of Work: They sprayed for pests outside of our home, because we prefer that they not spray inside. My frustration with this company is that when they call to say they're coming, their recorded message begins to play before our recorder begins recording, so that I have no idea when they're actually coming.

I'm sorry that message gets cut off. We have brought this up to our provider and they assured us it was being worked on and corrected. We can send the reminder call to a different number (Cell phone for you or your husband) We have found that it may be related to different carriers. just shoot us an email or call if you'd like the call to go to another number to see if that solve's the problem. They are very nice and they come on time. They only give me a two hour period instead of a four hour period.
