The technicians are always polite, professional and helpful. They call in advance to let you know the day of the appointment so you can inform them of any specific concerns. They will come in to the home at your request as part of the service. They will come out between scheduled appointments to address any problems that come up. I use them for routine pest control, specifically bugs. They are very knowledgable.

From the salesperson, to both technicians that have provided my service so far, their service and their professionalism has been exceptional--no kidding! This is one of the best companies I have worked with since I moved here last October. They take the time to explain things, they are all friendly, the price is reasonable and they're providing an excellent service--bug (insect) control.

I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years. I have certainly been happy to stay with them. Their price is apparently competitive. It is not cheap, but it is competitive. They are very good about calling and warning me when they will be here and giving me an opportunity to let them know if I have any special problems that I did not have before. They are very professional. It is kind of an outstanding quarterly thing so for punctuality, they do come every quarter.

It didn't go. You referred me to an exterminator who doesn't carry a ladder. I'm not happy that I wasted half a day researching your web site only to find a contractor who doesn't really want to exterminate, just spray for bugs.
Description of Work: After reading reviews and checking out the web site I called and talked to the office explaining that we have 2 hornets nests, one in the ground the other in the rafters. I was told a salesman would call me immediately. 2 hours later I received a call. When I told the "salesman" where the nests were he said I can't help you I don't carry ladders. WHAT? you only deal with pests on the ground? If that is the case why didn't the person who answered the phone tell me that? Maybe it would be a good idea to mention that fact in your ad. They Called me back to try and fix the problem but they still wanted to wait it out until the hornets were gone. The guy was very nice and explained a lot to me about the Hornets. I had someone else come out and they got not only the Hornets nest on the ground but as well as the one on my home.

They're pretty good. I think they were an honest county company and they're very thorough.
Description of Work: They spray for ants. I have a hornet's/ bee's nest in the ground so they've been coming for that. I have a lot of lights outside so I have lots of bugs and spider webs. They go out with big brooms to keep the spider webs down.
