Pointe Pest Control

Excellent service and communication skills on the phone. I left my last ant control company because the sales department was so pushy and I felt that the prices were so variable --if you were a good negotiator youd get a better price. I want to work with honest people and the sales team was easy to deal with and seem honest. They are not grossly aggressive as some other companies are. And they listen to the customer and respond to questions. Services performed were largely effective. I called back after 6 weeks when i was spotting 5 ants a day (had been hundreds). They came the next day and actually happened to find the colony itself. A great success. They were also good about keeping pesticides away from the floor level inside when i expressed concerns for my dog. Very pleased with all three people I have interacted with from Pointe Pest Control.

I'm notified few days in advance that the technician is coming. He is always polite and professional. He asks if we have any place inside that we want treated and then inspects and sprays the outside.

No major issues, had to call them back out once to re-treat for ants but they were prompt and understanding about it and they didn't charge me for the extra service. We saw an obvious decrease in the number of pests around the outside of the house but overall we didn't feel the service was worth the money. I don't fault Pointe for that, the same would be true for a quarterly service from any pest company. I would hire them for specific one-time issues.

Overall visit went wonderful, used booties to come in my home, totally professional, educated, gave name an entire lecture on termites, he is outstanding, polite, nothing was too much for him to answer. He is very customer oriented!

There were two treatment sessions, each about 10 min. They were based on a spray of insecticide at the base of the house and in the basement; not worth the cost.

It seem to work out well. It was very good. We chose them because of their price and promptness.

They are very polite and very courteous in their service. We have had no issues so far. Sometimes we are not at home but they come and do their work and leave. When we have had issues inside the house, they promptly arrange for somebody to look into that as well. They have been very good with their service. I would recommend them anytime. The experience has been great but we do have issues with bugs all the time, so at times we feel like we need better treatment done or more stronger techniques to be utilized. I am not the one that decided on them so I am not sure about their price. We are not satisfied with the overall results and we feel that things are not being treated the way we want it but it could be because we have more pests or bugs with so many trees around our house, so it could be just our case. We have an annual contract with them.

Excellent and very thorough! He was pleasant and answered all of my questions. He was very respectful of me and respectful in my home, he was the only one who put on booties before walking through the house.

We are very satisfied with Pointe. They are always very courteous and professional, and our home has definitely seen a drastic reduction in bugs. They say (and back it up) that if we see ANY bugs in between treatments that we can give them a call and they will come back for no charge. We have done this a couple of times. The most pesky are stink bugs in the summer, which are very tough to eliminate totally, but Pointe has helped a lot in that regard. The treatments are relatively nonintrusive. They will come inside if you let them know there are problem spots, but once the treatments have been established, it's usually not necessary.

These guys are great. I've used several companies over the years, but Pointe is who I am sticking with. They are very professional and friendly. They always call ahead to let us know when will be here. They also make a point of knocking on the door and talking with us. Its all about service!

We are very happy with Pointe. Their servicemen have always been very kind and professional. They listen to our comments and address specific areas accordingly. We've seen a significant decrease in the amount of bugs in the house. Overall, we're very happy with them and recommend their service plan to others.

We had a TERRIBLE problem with wasps and bees. We were going thru 3-4 cans of Raid a month. Hired Pointe last spring and we haven't had a problem since! Twice we saw a new hive starting...called them and they came right out and took care of it. They also got rid of the mice in our attic. Very prompt, professional and great to work with!

In the end Pointe could have forced me to spend money for a treatment I didn't need. I was ready to spend hundreds of dollars but they completely talked me out of it. It was worth the $50 for peace of mind and Bryce definitely knew exactly what to look for. I'm going to be hiring them when I move back to my house to come every few months to spray for other pests and I would probably have them check my mattress from time to time as a precaution. I thought bedbugs was all hype but obviously I learned my lesson to be more careful when traveling. I was very very lucky.

I am not a fan of door to door company sales techniques, but Pointe Control turned into a very positive experience. Our house was overwhelmed with Wasps and timing was perfect. I was searching for a pest control company and Pointe Control landed at my door the day of my search. Pointe Controls process is about committing to a annual contract (which does have costs to break contract). Given the nature of my wasps I felt this was an acceptable first try. Jens, our salesman, went through all the different types of insects and pests (critters as he calls) which are seen in our area. I chose to get treatments that would specifically remove the wasps and spiders. I didn't have issues with any other critter currently. Pointe saw the wasp issue and was doing other work in our neighborhood the next day. After the treatment, all wasps were no visible for a few days, but then I started to see them slowly creep back - which is why the second treatment will be done in September. Jens took the time to talk about why the wasps were an issue, how their larva survives in winter etc. Very informative. If you have Pests - I would not hesitate to contact Pointe Control.

We've used them for a couple of years and have been very happy with their service. They are always punctual and always call before they come. We also use their eco- friendly organic pest products they provide

They do a good job. When you call them, they are there the next day. They are on time, very clean, very knowledgeable and very nice people. The same people come out.

They will come out if I need anything extra for no charge. They charge $90 a visit. The pricet is a little high for me, but the customer service is so great that I do not mind.

They don't charge per time it's an annual contract. They are a very excellent company. It's the same technician each time so we've got to know each other.

They have done a very good job. They are very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. They have a reasonable price, and the treatment seems to be effective. As part of the contract I have with them, they have agreed to make additional visits at no extra charge.

Usually I don't accept offers from people who go door to door, but in this case, I had the opportunity to have them come back later while I did some research. They treated that day and have been very punctual with following visits.

I pay them every three months. They are professional, punctual and courteous. We haven't had any issues with bugs so I'm going to say they are good.

They come out once every season. We saw a tiny little mouse in the house and we called Pointe Pest Control. They came out the very same afternoon. They said they would check the surroundings of the house, put traps all around, check the stucco around the house as well as the basement and the attic. It was an amazing experience. We had a lot of wasps, which was the reason why we called them. They showed us where the wasps? nests were. We did not even know we had carpenter beetles. They showed us where they were, extracted all of them and told us what to do. It was a great experience. We just finished our first year with them. We will be signing up for the next year. We haven't had any issues with them.

After they spray, they come out and see whether the bugs scattered or not for the next few days. If we continue to have problem, they come back. We have spiders and children. The good thing is that now we have only dead spiders. We do not talk to them when they come out. They just come out and do the work. I would definitely use their service in the future too.
