Pointe Pest Control

Pointe Pest Control will call several days in advance and tell you what day they will be coming and have always come on that date. You don't need to be home unless there is something that needs to be addressed inside the house. If you have a particular problem you want them to address, you can call them prior to their visit and make a request or you can ask to change the date of their visit. They have always been accommodating of anything I've requested including treatment for mice and wasps. I had an issue with wasps around my pool area that wouldn't die with household sprays. Pointe cleans out all the nests each year and treats the area and the wasps are now less of a problem.

We have been using them for the past approximately 2 years. They come once a Q, do what they do and leave the invoice at the door. Before starting the service, we had lots of bugs, ants come into the house but once the service was started, all such issues went away indicating their service is doing what it was supposed to do.

Excellent. They took care of all the spider webs and ants in the garden. They did an excellent job and I was able to get rid of all my home pest control chemicals. Product was both kid and pet friendly as well as environmentally safe. And it worked!

We have some sort of strange noise going on in our walls. Sounds like a bug. Pointe came out and sprayed, and we signed up for a service contract with them. Unfortunately the noise came back. Pointe came out again and sprayed (for free) this time bringing a manager to discuss our concerns. The manager has offered to go above and beyond in helping us figure out what this issue is. Excellent customer service.

I was having a problem with Carpenter Ants so I hired Pointe Pest Control to spray the exterior, basement and key areas of my home. The exterminator arrived exactly on time and we spent 10 to 15 minutes where he listened to my issues. He than fully explained what he was going to do to eliminate the pests. Over the next few days I noted a number of dead Carpenter Ants in the driveway. After a few days after the application I have not seen any Carpenter Ants or any other insects since the work has been completed The exterminator is very knowledgable, professional and solved my Pest problems. I strongly recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased by the level of professionalism by the service technician. From the beginning everything was smooth. As they have to treat a portion of the inside of the house. He wore disposable shoe covers. He was right on time and went over what eh was going to do and the approximate time frame for the visit. The tech even explained the process moving forward every 3 months. Great job and would recommend them if you are looking for a pest control treatment program.

Company called 3 days in advance for the rescheduled time. Person came on time and worked whether there has been anything that he could help with. He did his job carefully and with diligence.

Fine. the service person, sarah, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Sprayed exterior 3 foot beds of house for ant/spiders. Removed all wasp/bee nests on exterior of house even using 2 story extension poles to get under the eaves and went inside the lighting fixtures for nests within. Applied spray to prevent nest reestablishment. Inspected interior of house near all water sources and previous problem spots for ants. Applied gel to problem spots and sprayed inside perimeters near any entryways to prevent breach. Its my first service with them. Had to sign a one year contract requiring quarterly treatments which covered my issues and other bugs I have no issue with as they are all treated within the same plan at the base cost. They have a $150 cancellation fee, but also a money back guarantee, so I don't know how that would play out if I'm not satisfied with the services. They did say they would come back and retreat anytime if I have a problem without additional fees. Thus Far, I haven't seen an ant or wasp since they treated... therefore so far so Good. I liked the people I've met from their organization so far and based on my limited experience would recommend them to neighbors and friends. One Note: they do not treat for termites or mice if that is an issue for your home.
