We have no problems with insects, spiders etc. We have dramatically less stink bugs than our neighbors.

I have them come out quarterly, they are always punctual, polite and responsive.

I can call them anytime, and they will make a special visit to take care of the issue.

The servive is an on-going one rather than a one time experince. It is provided five times a year and, as noted aboe, has been successful for us. There are no other details to offer.

They are very professional and it's been a pleasure working with them.

The company calls a few days before they are coming to tell us when they will be here. If we need service inside we need to be home, otherwise they service the outside and just check with us. The technicians are always polite and professional.

Pointe provides the pest control service quarterly. This visit was a standard treatment done outside the home. The service has been very effective treating our home from the outside. They have accommodated our requests to treat inside as well based on specific issues we may be having at the time. Pointe always calls in advance to confirm the appointments and has always been flexible, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend their service.

They come each quarter and have for probably two years. They are responsive and always ask if I have any issues. They always call a day or so before they show up to warn me they are coming. They only treat outside areas unless you ask them to come in, this is the main reason they call first to make sure if you want them in they can come when you are home. I have frequent issues with wasps on the back porch in the shutters and under any hole they can find like lights etc. The always address my concerns and have even sprayed for the wasps in the adjacent shed. The wasps are under control with them treating the porch. They will spray and treat for common issues like stink bugs and fleas and ticks when appropriate or asked. Some stuff is not covered and costs extra. Voles in the garden are not a covered service and the traps cost 25.00 a piece. I continue to use them. The price is 111.00 a quarter and this seems to be about average of other places I have looked. They do what they say and will take extra care to address issues that arise.

They always call us to let us know when they will arrive for the appointment. I usually do not have to call to set up the appointment, they call me. They like to check in with me if I am here to let us know what they are doing. One technician comes out to do the work, it is the same man every time. The chemical they spray is pet friendly and there is no odor. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They are reliable and they call me before they come out to my home and to make sure we do not have any special needs. I do not have to be here when they arrive to do the work.

They come out whenever you give them a call between quarterly services with no addtionally cost. Scheduling is pretty easy and they accomodating to me.

They seem to be fairly efficient and get the work done quickly. They call us to schedule the appointment quarterly and they give us a three hour time frame of when they will arrive. One technician comes out to do the work and it takes about 15 minutes to complete the work.

They come out when they are supposed to and they do a good job. They are reliable. They call me to make an appointment and they seem very organized. Their prices are reasonable and they really accommodate to my schedule.

Point Pest Control does our quarterly pest service. We have noticed a large drop in insect invasion, especially stink bugs. If there is anything special you would like them to do, including the house interior, they are more than happy to accommodate. Always professional.

Quarterly treatment for pests, including voles. They have provided quarterly care for the two years since our home was built. They have always been responsive when called and keep us well informed of their treatments and observations.

Pointe Pest Control has been our service provider for a number of years. Even though most of our contact is by phone, they always give great advice and offer recommended procedures if necessary. We have had personal contact with them from time to time, and their knowledge of the different pests is impressive. They have never missed an appointment. When they call to remind us of an upcoming appointment, they always leave a number we can call to address any concerns we have.

this company continued service after my pre paid period was up. they did not wait for me to confirm an appointment. instead they came out and then charged me for it. at my new house i am using eagle termite and pest control who always confirms an appointment with me first so i don't get charged for services that i don't want. UPDATE: after speaking to the gentleman that responed to this review he removed the charges from my name.

Pointe has been doing bimonthly (and now quarterly) pest control treatments for a few years. They are always punctual, polite, professional, and effective. They will come out again for no charge if we see critters that shouldn't be there. We have called them back a couple of times for stinkbugs (very difficult to totally eradicate) and once or twice for ants. But overall the quantity of pests in the house has been greatly reduced since they started.

Very professional service. They call before they come, they send a report of what done. I did call once for insects on front porch and they came right away and sprayed. Since engaging Pointe Pest control. we have not had any ants or mice.

I'm rarely aware of their visits until I see the little sign on my front door. Very unobtrusive and efficient. Times I've actually spoken with the technician have been pleasant exchanges to verify everything has been OK and check if there are any problems I've been pleased with the service as I have not seen a mouse in years, the stink bugs and box elder beetles are at a minimum even in the fall. My dog and cats do not seem to have any issues with the spraying.

We have been using them for several years. They are excellent all the way around.

They put bait traps and actual traps. He was extremely thorough and personable. The traps that they use work really well. They even caught a mouse while they were here.

They are the most professional service provider we deal with. They will not come in the house (even the basement) without 'booties' covering their shoes for example. They are extremely knowledgeable about the pests we are fighting and how their service works. With Grandkids around, we are particularly sensitive to the possible effects of treatments and they are careful to explain the job and meet our expectations. Living in a woodsy lot near a farm, we've had problems with what I knew as "Field Mice" but I'm told are actually called 'voles.' Point Pest suggested a rather large box-type trap for them. That is the only 'extra' charge we have experienced. Otherwise, normal mice traps have been included in the regular service. After the first round of traps working, we haven't seen mice (or voles) since. tOur other 'bug-a-boo' was spiders in the basement. We use it just enough to walk into the spider web or watch them dart away when we disturb them. Point not only treated for them, but cleaned up the existing webs and other signs of the little buggers. Again, no sign of them since.
