Salesman was polite and not overbearing. Technician seems very capable, but could speak up a bit.

Punctual; courteous; overall very professional.

It went very well. This was just the first step, so we have to wait to see how effective it is. But so far, so good. We bought a contract for a year and said they would come back if there were any problems.

Chrissy showed up on time and took her time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The first impression was very enjoyable.

The serviceman was friendly & polite. He told us what he was going to do and then he did as stated, sprayed indoors then outdoors.

Signed up for a yearly contract which includes 4 visits and free visits in between if there are any problems. He was very prompt and professional. Other companies I contacted would not include carpenter bees in their contract. So far, the problems seem to be resolved.

We renewed a yearly contract with them. Before, we had some carpenter ants in our house, which they took care of. But they also do preventative maintenance quarterly as well. Also, whenever we have any additional problems, we call them and somebody picks up the phone and sends someone out to take care of the problem in a timely manner, which is included in the package we got. We had carpenters bees that used to come back every year before we hired Pointe Pest Control. Had a spider in my mailbox - they didn't laugh at me and sent someone out the next day! I highly recommend them!

They're always on time. They call before they come. Any problems, I can call them and they'll come back. I think the price is great.

We have had very issues, mainly stink bugs, and when we do Pointe come out again to deal with the problem free of charge. They always call when a treatment visit is due so there are no surprises, and you do not need to be at home when they call, unless you have a problem indoors. Overall it is a smooth and professional operation, using courteous employees.

Did exactly what they said they would do. Turned out well. Signed a service contract which they have honored.

I have used Pointe Pest control since they have reached out to our area. Their price is good and the company is great. They are reponsive and have taken care of any additional problems that come from living with a lot of trees! I highly recommend them!!

Very reliable. They call 3 days ahead of time as to day of their arrival. We have used them for over 4 years and find their service excellent.

Dan was on time and very professional. He even had booties on his shoes so as to not track dirt in! He was extremely thorough and informative, and found things that my original termite inspector didn't find. Dan was very helpful in talking to me about termites, the damage, treatment & options, and generally showing me what he observed. I feel as though I learned much more from Dan's inspection than from the inspection performed by a different company. I am VERY pleased with Pointe Pest Control, and will definitely use them in the future, if need be.

While it is impossible to get rid of every single bug I have seen far fewer stink bugs this year than ever before and no box elder beetles. I have no mice any more either. I will continue using their services as long as I live in this house and recommend them to the next owner.

I have been using Point Pest Control for about 4 years. I have them on a quarterly basis and they always call to insure that the appointment would be convenient, they come to the door to let me know what they will do outside, as well as offer to do any inspections inside if we have any problems. I have been very pleased with the service they have provided.

Pest Control is great. They always call and remind me they are coming. They will spray in the house anytime I need it and always cover the outside. The service folks are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Regularly scheduled this service to reduce possible insect problems.

We have a contract with them. Therefore, they come every quarter and treat outside round the house outside walls for seasonal pests e.g. stink bugs in autumn. This has proved a good arrangement although it is an ongoing cost and not a one off. However, this ends up cost/comfort efficient as they are proactive and the bugs that would have emerged, then do not. Note, they do NOT do termites which is a significant gap for our area as we then need another provider for that - we get a termite inspection every couple of years.

It went fine. The employee rang our bell to check on whether we had any inside issues.

Treat outside perimeter of home for insects and rodents.

They have been very responsive to "out of cycle" issues that arise and sent the appropriate professionals for specific pest control circumstances. Great company.

We always get a phone call indicating their next visit and they always come as promised. We haven't had any bug problems since starting with them yet our neighbors continue to have issues. Very pleased.
