Lee came when he said he would, went over the service, we walked areas first and he did the work.

Showed up on time and didn't take more than 30 mins to finish. Didn't get a chance to see what they did outside as I was guiding the second guy in side the home for ant treatment which was complementary.
Description of Work: Signed up for pest control exterior service contract (Five services). The sales person didn't mention about the early contract termination fee ($150). I wish he was upfront about it.

We received a neighborhood discount for the 1 yr service. The pricing seemed very reasonable. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: We have an issue with voles. Pointe placed a bait trap, but also treated the yard for flea/ tick and the house for general pests.
