+ -1 moreThey took out the existing band of tiles (some were chipped or broken) and cemented in the new tile. We closed the pool for the season. Upon opening the pool, several tiles were loose and some had fallen off. Trying to get them to fix the problem was very difficult. I begged and pleaded. They stalled for some time and finally and begrudgingly came out. Did a less than acceptable job. Next season a few more tiles fell off and they refused to return to fix the problem. The owner ended our last phone call by yelling, cursing and hanging up on me. I had to hire another contractor to correct the situation.
Description of Work: Remove and replace tile and install new frost proof tile.

+ -1 moreJ-Pro Pools, Inc. arrived as planned and on schedule. The estimate was competive with other local companies. They worked neatly and the work area was properly cleaned when the project was completed. The job was completed as promised and we were extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: We used this company to open, close and repair our in-ground swimming pool.
