Cleaning By Marilyn

We've been working with Cleaning by Marilyn for years and are very pleased.

The teams arrive on the day they are expected, usually within an hour of the stated time. Overall, the work is of good quality, but there is some minor variation between different team members.

My ladies that clean with their company are good and take direction well. They are happy and friendly.

Melissa, Amanda and Don arrived promptly, were quick and efficient/ I love how Melissa cleans my bathrooms.

Marilyn is a very nice lady over the phone and seems to listen to your needs and wants. However, the cleaning crew came the first couple of times and probably cleaned for only 45 minutes. Didn't dust, didn't clean corners and overall just shoddy quality. She was very apologetic and gave us a free cleaning with a different crew yet I still have to remind them of certain tasks I need done and they just left the trash bags in the kitchen. The crew was very friendly but their work is less than stellar. Had to move on.

They cleaned lightly over the stuff, things were moved and not put back, there was dirt under chairs and it was not vacuumed, rug was not thoroughly vacuumed on stairs. air vents had dust and it was not spotted. There were four people doing cleaning and it only took an hour to do it.

Her name is Marilyn Carpenter. She’s excellent. She’s good. They do a good job. I don’t think there’s anything that she could do better. She’s great and I would recommend her. She’s reliable and she’s a nice person. The people who work for her are very nice. I guess her price is reasonable. I would use her services again in the future.
