My husband and I were very pleased with the roof. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was very responsive and helpful. They did a great job on the roof and clean up afterwards was wonderful. They also installed seamless gutters and did a great job on that as well. We had no complaints. Would definitely hire again.

Rob and his team were great to work with for this project. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They also protected my existing hardwood floor without a scratch!

We met with 3 different construction companies. After meeting with minor from Carranza Construction, we knew right away he was going to be our choice of contractor to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. He did not push us to change any of our ideas. He was able to give us a price and stick to that price. The work they did from start to finish was exceptionally. They arrived early and stayed late. The work that was done (siding and especially the stone work) by very skilled and experienced workers. They were very professional and cleaned up as if it was there own house. The communication between us and all of the people from this company was quick and very responsive. All of our neighbors have came to our house to let us know how great the house looked and it looks like a brand new house. Overall very well. Personal initial inspection and estimate were done with the owner himself and he was very professional. Only issue I had was they left their truck with all the scraps in front of our house all weekend and didn't pick it up till the next week. Also delay in final inspection until following week despite work completed by 3pm. Otherwise it's a good company that did good work and would recommend. Cleaned up very well and only found 3 nails which is impressive.

Showed up on time to evaluate the situation. They explained I need to have my ridge vents replaced. Showed up when expected on Scheduled day and job was completed promptly. It's been several months and it appears the leaks have been fixed.

Extremely well. They were prompt, professional, efficient and very accommodating. They worked with me to get this scheduled on Saturday and I could not have been more happy.

This is a reply to an original review. for details on the project and the reason for my choice of words in my response please see the original review. The problems I had with the Skylight specifically was indeed a Velux problem. Velux provided a quick and easy fix, came on location and replaced the defective parts. The problem I had with Carranza was clearly with the installation. . In my opinion the project was NOT evaluated properly from the beginning, the screen had to be installed from the outside, this was the only option I was provided which meant I could not remove the screen it to repair the Velux problem or to clean the window. Yes I accepted this poor install which I should have never done, I felt I had no other options at the time and yes if I was not just recovering from Cancer I probably would have had more fight in me to insist the job be done properly from the beginning. If Carranza was more proactive or had more experience with Velux they would have known they had another screen option. I found out about the screen option when I called Velux for the motor problem. Additionally the follow up and proactive communication was lacking with Caranza from the very beginning, yes I told you to only call me back when you finally received the screen, this was after poor follow up and proactive communication for the overall project. Regarding the delay for the screen, I did not expect it to be weeks out. You then told me the screen was special order and had to be made. You had no idea how long it would take to get. I traveled to Lowes in Montgomeryville where I should have gone in the first place and ordered the screen, it arrived in two weeks. To this day I never heard back from anyone at Carranza and at this point do not wish to. You also state my post are not consistent with other reviews. Yes the Majority of your reviews are A but there are a few customers like myself you have let down. Possibly inside construction, Windows and Skylights are not your area of expertise. Maybe you need to stick to roofing maybe you were just overcommitted at the time you took on my project. Whatever the excuse is, whatever you post in reply, these are the facts as to what transpired. I see you have plenty of good reviews, assuming these are not relatives you have please someone and for the record, I felt you were very sincere each time I was called back after one of my rants of frustration. The problem is no one ever delivered. In my opinion, all companies can run into challenges, the difference is how you handle and resolve them. For that I have chosen to give Carranza a D for my project.

I cannot say enough good things about Carranza. From the owner's visit to create an estimate to his final inspection, the process was smooth and easy. The work done is top-notch, including a section of wall that had to be rebuilt when we discovered water damage.

Carranza and their team were excellent. From the bid to the final sign off they were professional, courteous, respectfully, prompt. They cleaned up after the job and ensured I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

After the initial consultation, Carranza returned to my home with various sample books to explain the building materials, roof warranty, and work process. I mentioned it before, and I'll write it again: Carranza was very thorough. It was obvious after only two meetings that he is passionate about his company and the quality of the work that they do. The roof replacement took two days, and my leak issue was resolved. The roofing team that did was work was very professional. I absolutely recommend Carranza Roofing.

I paid $209 for a missing shingle repair and roof inspection with this service provider. The result of my roof inspection is that I urgently need either a major repair or a total roof replacement within a few weeks. I consulted with two other independent roofers and both said no major repair or new roof is necessary. In addition, the missing shingle repair performed by this service provider was not done properly because the shingle was not nailed in. I had to pay addition money to fix the shingles repair. My recommendation is to always get a second or third opinion on $$ repair quotes.

Absolutely amazing! Could not have asked for better service or professionalism. I wish more companies were like Carranza. I would recommend them in a second. Thank you so much!

Could not have gone much worse. I made a commitment to this company for several reason, they have a good Angie's list rating, the people I spoke to on the phone were genuinely nice. However I should have known better from the beginning, my first clue was an overbearing obnoxious sales person. I wanted one item, new skylights, he kept trying to push me into other services. We finally got on the same page, I worked with the office next , not the sale person. I received my quote, they came and measured, I asked them to also measure a side window and quiet on it. , When I followed up for a status they needed to send someone out again as they lost the measurements. They finally showed up to begin the project, their follow up was sparse and inconsistent. They showed up, replaced the skylights and told me they needed to come back to remove them because the screen would not fit. They actually removed the skylight to place the screen in first. When I asked how I was supposed to remove the screen for cleaning or service , I was told I could not. I happened to be going through radiation treatments at the time and just foolishly accepted this. Well a few months later the motor on the skylight broke and I had to get to it for testing. The only way to get to it was to cut the screen. I reached out to Carranza they mad wit sound simple, they were willing to work with me to resolve the problem and even told me Velux was sending a new screen which would fold to solve the problem. When the screen did not arrive after a few weeks, I called to follow up and threatened to write this remove. I was again told they would take care of it and have the screen sent to them. I followed up again almost two weeks later and was most recently told the screen needs to be built. I don't know if they are telling the truth or not, what I do know is they are not organized, they have poor follow up. They took the easy way out instead of solving the problem and properly evaluating the scope of work. Now it has been about two months since I originally tried to get this resolved. I also saw once I got up in the skylight the poor quality of work they did. I am not sure why they shortcut this, they seem like genuinely nice people that give a **** about their work. It is not evident in the work they did for me or their follow up. I am now in the process of working with lowes to resolve this on my own, lowes is where I should have gone to in the first place. How id it go, poorly.

The finished product was excellent. The carpenter spent a great deal of time identifying what was (and was not) needed to rebuild my porch roof. Staff at the office was excellent when I had questions or concerns. The owner came to the house after the job was finished and evaluated the job. Found items that he was not happy with and had the crew come back for an additional day to bring things up to his standards. Impressive. Only issue was trash (shingles etc.) found on my plants/shrubs when I came up the first day. This was quickly remedied and the owner assured me that changes were being made to avoid this happening again. Overall a very good job

The provider was very friendly. The workers worked their butts off and finished within 3 days. The roof is massive and has many points ... great price and great job !!

They called back promptly and I was able to schedule an estimate appointment for the same week. Paul was able to quickly diagnose the situation and concisely describe the precise details of what needed to be done. I signed-off on the work order and Paul was able to complete the repairs in about an hour. He again reviewed with me the work that he had completed, describing each detail of what he had encountered and how he addressed it. He was extremely friendly and courteous and his work was very thorough. This is not the first time I had hired Carranza, and if the need arises, I would definitely call them again.

They sent some one on short notice. Did a great job was very nice explained what he saw and would do to correct the issue. He took pictures of the before and after. I recommend would use them again.

We have been using Carranza over the last year. First, to replace out 30 year old roof. They did such a wonderful job and were so responsive to unexpected issues (example: making sure nails were collected properly so our children wouldn't get hurt) . We were so happy that we had them put in a new window in a bedroom last summer. To top it off the owner of the company came out within hours of me calling him when I had squirrels eat into the house siding!! THe repair was done immediately! Most recent, I noticed a leak in our bathroom and it was taken care of within 24 hours of my call. Carranza employees have been the most responsive and high quality contractors I've ever worked with!

Minor, the owner, came out promptly once I contacted him to give us a quote and he explained the differences between various products and warranties. His quote was not the lowest one I received, but he is a Master Elite certified contractor and GAF backs up his warranty for all labor and workmanship. I researched roof shingles extensively prior to asking contractor's for a quote, and found that it is rarely the shingles that fail on a roof. It is much more likely to be faulty installation or the materials used in conjunction with the shingles such as the underlayment. Minor kept in touch to let me know when his crew would be scheduled to do the installation. They showed up promptly on the expected date, stripped my roof of the existing shingles, and installed the new roof and skylights in slightly over 2 days. The roof looks great and the job was completed as expected. The difference I paid between Carranza and the non-GAF certified contractor was well worth it to know I have a full 25 year warranty on the labor/workmanship portion of the project instead of the standard 5-10 years. Years 10-15 are when our original Tolls Brothers roof spring multiple leaks, due to their cost cutting and poor quality installation. I did not want to go through that aggravation or expense again.

They did good job and I've used them before. There were some zoning and paperwork issues, but they were good about follow up and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The job went great! First, a representative came out with samples so I could pick style and color, and price was determined. The scheduling process was very easy. And then the workers come to do the job. They removed the old siding from the house one section at a time, and installed the new house wrap and the new siding for each section right away so the house was never left exposed. I also got new soffits, and new gutters to match. Every detail was attended to, even new vent covers for the attic. The workers also attended to replacing any flood lights that were removed during the process. All the garbage was hauled away by the company. The house looks great!

The job went great! First a customer representative came out with samples and wrote up the contract including the price. Then on the day of the install, four workers came out. All the garbage was removed from my site, and I was left with a beautiful new roof. I was always able to reach someone for questions and concerns throughout the process. I was so pleased, I went ahead and booked another job on the spot!
