Communication was a little off, but it all worked out in the end. The project managers were generally responsive. The job was started and completed as indicated.

All was great start to finish.

Everything went very smoothly. The price was close to my expectations even with the finding of rotted wood on the roof. I was shown what needed to be replaced. The owner monitored the job, saw that the area around my house was cleaned and checked to make sure that his team did a professional job.

These guys really know their roofing: roof was replaced the first day of the job and looks very good. The gutters and railing took longer than expected: I had expected the job to take a few days but it ended up taking 3 1/2 weeks to be completed. There were some delays because their gutter guys originally cut the gutters the wrong length and had to re-do it and also because there was a part missing from the special order railing that had to be re-ordered. However, the project manager Sam maintained good contact with me and kept me informed about the reasons for the delays and when the missing parts would be in. When the job was completed the owner Minor went over the work with me. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and he made sure that every single one of them was fixed to my satisfaction. The work is good quality work. This is a professionally run company that wants to make sure that customers are happy.

Workers showed up on time, they were very polite and professional they got right to work removing the old roof and did not stop for a brake even though it was very windy.the job was completed a had of schedule.the one problem we had was the project manager did a head of time to make sure that all of the leaf guards were at the site before they start the job but it took them just 20 minutes to get them,but in never slowed down the work and in the end I was very pleased with the work over all.

It was quite good. I would use them in the future.

Just as the work previously done by this company everything related to this project went without a hitch. Minor Carranza visited twice during the estimate phase. On the second visit he was accompanied by a representative from the manufacturer of the windows to measure each one of the several different sizes. The third visit was to present the pricing and verify the measurments. The windows arrived on the date planned and work began immediately. Shon and his helper did an excellent job installing the windows on schedule within the four day estimate. All debris was removed daily and the rooms were cleaned to remove any dust, etc., that were created during the work.

It went really well. They were prompt and professional. They were very thorough.

This was a tricky job, not just the standard replacement of a kitchen window. The window to be replaced was a so-called "greenhouse" window, one that juts out from the wall so that plants can be placed on shelves within. Carranza first had to strategize the best way to measure for the replacement window, most of all because the existing window was improperly installed before we bought the house, and was a different style and size from the replacement. To be sure of the accuracy in measuring, they even sent out a representative from the manufacturer to consult. In the end, the lead person from Carranza was able to figure out the measurements properly. Once the window was ordered, it took about two weeks to arrive, longer than normal, because it was the busy time for the manufacturer, with cold weather approaching. The installation took several hours, but the installers were friendly, worked continuously and cleaned up after each step. They made a point of keeping us informed about the steps they were taking. Because our house is over a hundred years old, it was important that the trim match as much as possible the existing trim in the rest of the kitchen. The lead installer understood our concern, went out himself to make the best choice of trim, in oak, with the correct detail. The new trim matched the existing look very well. We stained and polyurethaned the trim , as agreed, and now the new window looks really great. It's also far more weatherproof than the old one. We're very happy.

Minor and his team did a terrific job. We had dragged our feet lining up the work and then we were staring Irene in the face. We called Minor to schedule the work and he fit us in on the Friday before the storm. His team showed up on time and Minor pointed out the work that needed to be done. The team got started and finished the job by the end of the day. They also removed an old antenna was attached to one the chimneys (easy job but outside of the scope of work). The repairs held up throughout the storm and with all the subsequent rain. I would highly recommend Minor and his team for any roofing work..

Minor Carranza personally came and estimated the job. Price was agreed upon and he returned with a representative of the standing seam metal roof manufacture to ensure that the material would be an exact fit. Due to the inclimate weather, the job was delayed, however he kept in touch with us. His workers were professional and courteous and performed all the work requested as well as a few additional tasks including wood replacement and gutter repair for which the prior agreed upon additional charge was minimal. Minor came out after the work was completed and personally inspected all the work as well as the overall condition and appearance of the job site. The site was thoroughly cleaned and all debris removed.

The windows came in @ two weeks later than expected. I was disappointed that someone didn't call me from their office to let me know. I was so busy with post holiday things, so didn't notice the time too much. When I called to ask the status of the job, Minor Carranza told me the windows had just come in and apologized for the delay. Once the coldest / wet weather cleared, we were finally ready to go. The workers came exactly on time, they were very professional and friendly. The job was completed much earlier in the day than expected--I was thrilled. They hung my blinds and curtains and left the entire work area spotless. I am very happy with the job they completed.
