 + -1 moreJim and his guys did a great timely job. The work was done well and we have had no problems during this hard winter. From the beginning, Jim did something that was very important. He took pictures of each and every problem area, explained the problem and then outlined his solutions. He was open to suggestions and comments. We ended up with a set of before and after pictures of each project. He did such a good job that we hired him to do a complete roof on a rental property we own in Carrick. I have referred Jim to other folks when they asked about his work.
Description of Work: Repaired all of the "wrong things" done by a roofer who installed a new roof, 5 years ago. We have a house that is 100+ years old with a 15 year old large addition attached. This combination created a large number of unique spaces and places for problems. We spent a number of years calling the original roofer back, who would do quick fixes that just did not solve the problems. In the end, we decided we needed to get someone who could handle these unique area.
