Mike was prompt in responding to my initial call and submitting his bid. He worked with the renovation loan company to meet all the criteria for the bid process. Work began in February 2015 and was complete in June 2015. An extensive project that required meeting the renovation loan deadlines for work completed to get draws to order to continue work. Mike and his crew were on time, performed quality work and kept the site as clean as possible. Mike offered design options and ideas and was easy to work with for changes. Overall, I am satisfied with MLG and would use them again for future projects. Mike was always a phone call away, took and returned my calls in a timely manner. I always was informed and aware of project progress or issues.

Everything went great. I have used Mike and his team at MLG for multiple projects over the last couple of years but this was by far the biggest. They handled everything a house from the late 1800's could throw at them including electrical problems, plumbing issues, structural challenges and brickwork challenges. I was able to sign a new lease mid-way through construction thus imposing an absolute drop-dead date on Mike and his team and they delivered.

Provider gave us an estimate and a decision hasn't been made on the scope of work the provider estimated for us. We are still in contact with provider.

Job went very well. On time and on budget. I have used Mike a great deal for multiple jobs on multiple properties that I own. I have gone through several contractors before finding Mike. I just wish I knew about MLG sooner because it would have saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation. When I call him up, I know I don't have to worry about whether or not he is going to show up, if his price is going to be reasonable or not, or if the quality of work is going to be where I need it because he has proven himself time and time again.

One of several jobs that Mike and his crew has handled for me over the past 2 years. Needed a new roof installed on a duplex we own as well as a cellar door replaced by a previous contractor who clearly had no idea what he was doing. Mike handled the roof with ease as always. He tore out the shoddy work done by a previous contractor who clearly did not know what he was doing. Making sure everything was safe, secure and water tight, MLG delivered once again.

Unbelievably well. I have used MLG for everything from window replacement to roof repair to roof replacement to storm door installation and I knew roofs and decks were one of Mike's strong suits. All I have to say is look at the pictures. The 6x6 post construction with carriage bolts and more concrete that most people have in their driveway illustrates just how heavy duty this structure is. At the outset, I told Mike I wanted this thing to support a group of adults and not be wobbly when anyone of any size was swinging on it and he delivered. He worked with us through rounds of rounds of design and layout changes and built exactly what I had been envisioning for my kids since I was a kid. The best part: Mike asked my daughter what she wanted on her playhouse prior to breaking ground and she told him "ladybugs and polka dots." So Mike went out and had a flag custom made with flag complete with the pole with exactly what she wanted on it. This project could not have gone better and my kids and their friends will hopefully be using it for years to come.

Job was one of my first with Mike and his team. They did a great job at a great price. I had bid it out to several other companies and while Mike's was not the absolute lowest, it was far from the highest and I was confident before signing the contract that I would be pleased with the work. There were no surprises before, during or after the job and I looked like an awesome landlord in the eyes of my tenants because I just gave them new, energy efficient windows at a great price to my bottom line.

Had been using Mike for several smaller jobs up until this point, each of which he had more than proved himself as a professional. Took care of everything we agreed upon, within budget and within schedule. It's really a good feeling when you go to work in the morning knowing these guys are going to do what they say on your house without you having to breath down their neck. And you know they are going to get the job done. Haven't had a single issue with the roof since.

Very polite, friendly, responsive. Price was 20% more than another highly recommended contractor. Would consider for another job.

Mike is meticulous in his work and we can't be happier. We have been burned in the past by contractors who took short cuts and left of hanging. He is a real find and I would and have recommended him to others.
