The results are amazing!

We didn't think that our budget would allow us to build the green home we were hoping for. Hersh contacted me the next day after a late night email inquiry and we discussed what could and couldn't be done. The team worked with us to get plans that we felt comfortable with and make decisions we never expected to have to make with a custom home build (who knew there were so many types of trim?, etc.) They were flexible in helping us get what we truly wanted in our home and never tried to convince us to get more than we needed. The details and quality of our construction are evident in the compliments we receive. We definitely see the difference when we visit friends at "cookie cutter" homes. We had some unforeseen setbacks with the construction process and they were there to help us get things corrected as soon as possible and back on track. We believe they went above and beyond what most other builders would do. Our home is nearly two years old and they've been very responsive to any issues that have come up (all minor and typical of new construction). We are confident they were the right choice to build our home and couldn't be happier that we chose them to go through the home building process with us.

Everything from start to finish was addressed and communicated with us along the way. Ruhmel stayed on point and ahead of schedule throughout the entire job. They were extremely neat and efficient. As we continued to add and quot;extrasand quot; along the way, Ruhmel worked with us on changes and attention to detail. Robin is a creative genius and Hersh and Reid worked together to handle all structural and energy needs. Stop by their model home at Houdenhal - you won't be sorry and you will be blown away as they have created a model home with a and quot;menuand quot; of options, choices and selections. We are currently working up some new ideas for our next project with Ruhmel - sure to be A+++++.

This was a situation where once Ruhmel Contracting began their work, they stayed on task through completion. Absolutely no issues arose during the process and we felt like all details were under complete control. I did not enter a price reflecting how much we spent because I feel that is of a personal nature. I will say that it was fair and have absolutely no qualms about the entire process.. I would encourage anyone that is contemplating a project that Ruhmel Contracting can handle to please give Hersh and Robin a call. If there is any doubt in their ability, please schedule a trip to their model home, Houdenhal, this will erase the doubts that you may have.
