Kistler Pole Building Co Inc

After months of phone calls and three sets of plans that were denied by township, start date came and went, lots of excuses and stories. We decided to stop there before we lost any more money. We took them to court and still not received any money back.

Horrible. Stuck me with a $10,000 bill and has absolutely no remorse. He is hiring dozens of subcontractors and not paying any of them. Suppliers have shut him down from nonpayment. Subcontractors are forced to put liens on the homeowners buildings.

The install of my garage was fine. I referred a neighbor and he had all types of issues. Beyond that... I was supposed to get a referral fee. I communicated this referral to Kistler. From their website: “Participate in our Referral Program for Individuals and earn 2% of the total contract price for each new client you send our way. “ “Your 2% referral fee will be paid to you as Kistler Buildings collects payments.” The neighbor went with Kistler and after completion… Kistler is dodging my calls and emails not paying out the referral fee. I have called and left voicemails and sent emails to Roland Kern, Tom Golden, Liz Stevens and others but have not received any response to why they are not paying out the referral. I would not recommend a company that is shady and not paying for client referrals.

Excellent. We just finished one of the worst winters in years and there was never a problem or leak! First the garage roof was sagging from age, they rebuilt the interior of the roof before applying the new roof material. A section where this roof joined the main house roof was then rebuilt. The new interior frame was outstanding and is build to a very high standard. The main portion of the house roof has numerous skylights and the shingles were at the end of their life. They stripped the roof and applied new materials sealing everything perfectly. A winter of ice dams and heavy snow did nothing to it. Not a leak not a sag and self cleaning when snow did build up. They also subcontracted rain gutters. The group; Lehigh Gap Seamless Gutters, was also top quality and I will review them separately. Again the installation survived a harsh winter with no problems at all. I highly recommend both of these groups, price will not be cheap but the life span of a well done roof is worth it! They worked through the previous winter in cold, wind and ice to get the job done!

Kistler Buildings was not only the best price but they use a uniquely designed pole that really is head over heels better that what is normally used in stick construction. They started on time, finished on time and within the estimate. They work hard. I had a set of plans for a small two story shed that we wanted to double for a shop and greenhouse. It all worked out perfectly and the building will last forever. We knew we needed a new roof on our home, so based upon our experience with the pole building, we did not hesitate to choose Kistler to provide a new steel roof for us. Just like our experience with the pole building, they were great when it came to replacing our roof.

Took them about 12 days, would have been faster but Thanksgiving was in one of the weeks
