Everything was done in a matter of 2 weeks. They offer to come back to finish the capping on our 7 windows that still need replace from our hail damage. They were very kind, respected us and our property.

We would use them again.

They did not satisfy my service. They provided incomplete service. Four years elapsed after they told me that they would come and finish the remaining job once the electrical box was fixed. They never came back. They neglected to replace the gutter down spalts. They also didn't come back as promised. They didn't complete the siding around the side of the house. There were several strips of siding which they left to attach when they had to do when they came back. When they were here working on the roof, siding, and the gutters, they damaged my garage door. They backed a dumpster into it and damaged the central panel. They supposedly fixed that but after four years it came out. It was messed up and the spring broke. The guy came out this year but wouldn't service when I asked for help. They came and took my insurance money. They did up to 90-95% of the job. When they were working my wife at that time kept finding nails all over the yard on the driveway and deck. Even when they cleaned up my wife kept getting the nails. The product was of good quality but if you don't stand behind the work as far as your words it's bad. They did not follow through. Their price seemed reasonable at that time. They put an upgraded roof. I would not use them in the future.

A majority of the people they used were not English speaking. Their supervisor was hardly ever present. We had issues with the roofing repair in that they were covering up the damaged areas. Every time I pointed out a problem, the other supervisor came to correct the problem. They took out the attic fans, instead of just removing the fan covers. They got more fans and one of those fans didn't work. Two people were sent out to fix the fan. The first person didn't fix it, and the second person fell through the ceiling. We also had problems with the gutters. They were not fastened properly, the colors were mismatched, and the arms were turned the wrong way. Everything was corrected. They did the work without a building permit, because they didn't know we were in the county. It took about 3.5 months to finish the project. I felt like I shouldn't have had to supervise their work.

I spent maybe $ 8800 on that service. The work was completed and it went really well. I liked their speed and diligence and that they worked well.

They do a lot of damage work for people. We did not have damage, we just needed a new roof. They did an excellent job. They were recommended to us from people we knew that used them in the past and were pleased. They came to our house checking for hail damage on roofs. Although we did not have damage, while they were here we asked about an estimate for a new roof. We were pleased with the results. I believe they are a national company. I thought the price was fair. I had talked to others and felt it was fair. Had we not, we would have gone with someone else. The price was what we had expected, but we did no shop around. One thing that we liked was their product was backed by Owens Corning and we had that protection. We felt more confident using them knowing we had something to fall back on. They were professional. There was a main gentleman that was in charge and he would spend most of the day here overseeing the work. They were very good and the work was professional. They cleaned up well, picking up as much as possible. They are reliable and do good work.
