Description of Work: I called several times and told them that I needed refrigerant added to our air conditioning system. About a week later they came and added the refrigerant. They charged $42 for the R-22 refrigerant, which seemed reasonable; however, the $180 charge for adding it seemed a little high.

 + -1 moreI got their answering machine at 6:00 am and it said they were gone for the day. I lefts message and they never returned my call. This makes3 times I have called them for heating or plumbing service and they never return my calls. The one time they did come to put in a hot water tank the. Charge was over $500 and it took them over 4 hours.
Description of Work: My furnace (which they installed several years ago) quit. The temps were at -15 and I had no heat.

Description of Work: They did a great job installing the air conditioning in our home. It took a bit longer than we thought but they were here everyday working. Once completed, they came back and went over the operation and maintenance. We are very satisfied with the work for the money. We have used him several times since then for plumbing. We continue to be pleased with the work.
