(American disabled association) We always offer free verbal estimates. Written estimates are free, as long as Thacker secures the work, if Thacker does not get the work then Thacker will send a bill for $100.

Description of Work: Thacker Development put a complete new roof and sheeting on our entire house and deck. They were finished ahead of the stated "done" date. The quality of work is outstanding. We are extremely happy with the outcome! Communication for questions was always open and quickly responded to. The crew that we had here were awesome! They are very dedicated workers and have the knowledge of what they are doing. The company went the extra mile for us! We will be rehiring them for other projects that we need done.

I will never hesitate to use Thacker Development again for upcoming projects.
Description of Work: I had Thacker Development replace some windows and replace the garage door and install a garage door opener. I was very happy with their service, they actually showed up when they said they would and came back every day until the jobs were done...what a concept for a contractor!! The windows are beautiful as is the garage door. They cleaned up all the mess, the actual people who came to do the work were neat, clean, polite and very professional. The owner, Jeff Thacker came out the day the jobs were finished to make sure everything was as it should be.
