Customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t go there if my life depended on it. Owner is incredibly rude and tried over charging me. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Was without heat with temps at -15. They responded as soon as thei business opened and were able to fix the furnace within an hour.

Tank had a very small leak at a rental property 4 hours away from my home. Called BTU Supply to give me an estimate to repair or replace the tank. I felt that the estimate was on the high side and needed to wait to receive the next rental check to replace the tank. (BTW The estimate was considerably more than a month's rent) In the mean time, BTU Supply sent me a bill for $100 for the estimate. I called BTU Supply and asked why the bill for an estimate. I explained that they were located only a few blocks away and that they did not even go there the week that I called. They were very rude and ended by saying that that is the way they do business.

My contact with BTU involved a furnace malfunction under an insurance contract with our local gas company that they diagnosed but did not attempt to repair until 10 days later. Since they left me without heat, I had to hire another repair service to come in and fix the problem. Even though BTU staff comes across as polite and courteous, their ability to follow through and help a customer is in some question.

It was exactly what they said it would cost. They are a very professional and hardworking company.

From start to finish they were all very professional and neat.

I called them and they sent someone, over as soon as they could. They were able to fix it very quickly They do great work, and they do it timely. They won't make the problem bigger than it really is. It was a really simple. We were expecting it to cost a lot more.
