Description of Work: Replaced my furnace with a new one. Also talked us into getting a new coil for the AC. This was done in the winter. He did not hook up the AC due to it being too cold to test it. Come summer, he was too busy to get to my house in a decent amount of time. Finally got the AC hooked up and it did not work correctly. Took several more times to get him out there and it still did not work correctly. This summer, called again because the AC did not work at all. He said he no longer services residential. Convenient. He got our money but never really completed the job.
