Fixed the leak for $240. Water was still dripping so we called him back. He claimed it wasn't leaking but there was residual water running down the pipes. He charged another $120 for the second visit. Further, he left without repairing the hole he cut into the ceiling. When questioned, he said he could come back and repair it for $2,500. Asked why so much, he stated we requested it be done over the weekend, so to not disrupt our business, so he needed to charge extra. Found another contractor on Home Advisers that did the work for $250.

Woke up to "no water"; contacted and 2 men were here around noon as promised. Diagnosed the problem and worked for approx. 5 and 1/2 hours (through the snow covered ground). Very professional, explained the problem and handled the installation in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Gave an estimate after doing the work, as to what the cost would be; received the billing and it was as he said. As the plumber directed, the water was discolored and smelled of chlorine for 4-5 days, and we were advised to not do laundry due to iron staining. We didn't drink the water, but did bathe in it. It is now clear, a week after this service and there have been no surprises. He encouraged us to call if we had any problem. Very satisfied with the service, and would use again. I couldn't believe that I called them at 8AM and they were here by noon!

Two trips...wrong sump pump first time. Charged two travel fees.

It went great! They priced the job competitively and finished the job quickly. When I needed a emergency service they were out immediately. I used them at two of my homes. I will use them again too.

Searched and decided to use this provider. Sent them an E-mail on Monday. Waited 2 days and didn't get anything response back. Called on Wednesday and left message. Providor called back Thursday and stated he would call me back that evening from 7to 7:30PM. Waited till 9pm to no avail. No call Friday. DONE!

I purchased a dishwasher and installation package from a big box store. However, the store personnel were unable to complete the install because they could not completely close the water shut-off valve and after they left I noticed that the valve had a very minor leak. I called several local plumbers to get estimates and Hoffman Brothers answered the phone immediately. When I explained the situation they were able to give me an estimate over the phone. Best of all, they were able to come out the same afternoon to do the repair! The repairman arrived at the stated time, completed the repair and install and showed me all the connections so I could confirm that there were no leaks and everything was working OK. Overall I was very impressed with their work. The repairman was polite and professional, the price was reasonable, and the responsiveness was obviously great. I would definitely use them again the next time I need plumbing work done.

Serviced furnace becuase we smelled fuel. Turns out nozzle was dirty and service took care of it. However, the next day still smelled fuel and called them. Then the furnace would not go on later that evening. They came over that evening at 10 pm and fixed the problem. Furnace has run great ever since. They are great people and I would definitely use them again. In fact, I am goint to contact them to service central air unit in May!

Hoffman Bros. came out on Black Friday punctually and professionally repaired the valve under the sink. Debris was blocking the hot water line. They cleared and repaired.

Fixed a leaking kitchen sink, replaced parts and completed the work very quickly. Cleanup was excellent.

We want them back. On two different days, replaced leaky pipe and installed water softener. They cleaned up any mess that they made. They were at our house ON TIME ! They look like they enjoyed what they were doing.

We had tried for 3 weeks to get a different plumber to give us an estimate. Hoffman Bros gave us an estimate the next day after our call! The person who actually did the work actually arrived early! He was very professional, did a great job and left the work areas cleaner than he found it! He also explained to my husband how to do some work on our new basement bathroom himself to save us some money. We will definitely keep them in our book if we ever need a plumber!
